Technology description:From your delivered cut-out or burn-

out parts according to your drawing do-cumentation we will bend by CNC press machine TruBend 5130 required product. The machine, in addition to usual me-tal sheet pressing, has also the functionof bottom tool sliding, so called foldingwithout tool changing.

There are many bottom and top tools at disposal for non-conflicting process incl. several special tools.

For bending of stainless steel parts it is possible to choose the alternative without flexion strain.

It is possible to further cooperate with me-tal sheet parts (welding or powder painting) or place an order for complex assembla-ge of the end product incl. documentation amendment and prescribed components.

Technology description:

For metal sheet punching we use CNC pun-ching press TruPunch 3000, which can punch metal sheets of different quality up to 3mm and size 3000 x 1250 mm. The press is among others also equiped with different tools for me-tal sheet moulding (Multibend, enforcement, recessing, grooves, gills, cups, threads cut-ting, etc.). For the production of perforated me-tal sheets we use also multiple punches due to faster production and effective part price.

A part of the offer for bigger production is in standard production of samples for individual parts. The customer can use services of our design engineers CAD-CAM and let to work out a detailed product documentation.

It is possible to deliver products in spe-cified packagings or in accurate delivered packing units

Technology description:

Powder painting with all basic coloursin RAL, CSN or NCS scale. Type option of colour version EP, PEP or PES.

Delivered shade types for powder pain-ting are possible to deliver from high glazing up to deep dull types. Accor-ding to the surface can be delivered co-lours with glazing surface, fine structu-ral surface and coarse structural surface.On request painting with metallic coloursor iridescent effect.

Kinds of mechanical surface pretreating:cleaning, brushing, jetting.

Kinds of chemical surface pretreating:degreasing, phosphate coating,chromating.

Assemblage of parts to packing unitsin standard.

Place of delivery is optional, eitherin paint shop or to place given bycustomer (store, at site).

Technology description:

For strong metal sheet parts or form exacting parts production can take advan-tage of our new Laser TRUMPF Trumatic L3030. The laser machine allows to han-dle different types of materials in format 3000x1500mm, with thicknesses: for black material up to 20 mm, to 12 mm for stain-less steel and aluminium and its alloys to 8 mm.
