Servas Israel - History

• 1966 : Servas Israel was established by Benjamin Yeremias, from Nahariya

• 2000 : an executive committee was established to centralize and manage all volunteer activities

• 2010 : nearly 300 hosts in Israel

• Create an experience which satisfies our guests’ goal to :– understand Israel’s melting pot– variedness of the Israeli society
