Conclusion:

I therefore conclude that in a total of 14 criteria which 1 determines the being not satisfied with the service and 10 serves the full satisfaction, I can say that I am more satisfied in the services provided by Ministop than the services provided by 7 eleven in their Alangilan branch. The table shows that I have more pleasing experience in buying at MiniStop than at 7 eleven even though it seems that I favor more the products and prices sold at 7 eleven.

Learning Points:

I learned that even though stores or business offer the same services, they still have a lot of difference with each other. Just like this experience, I found out that there are absolutely a lot of things that I would want from a specific service. It just happened that I don't notice much when I'm buying because I don't pay toom much attention to it but now in this study I learned to see a whole new perspective on how to judge and put into criteria of what are the specific things that I would want from a specific service.
