STANDARD SURFACE TREATMENT- self finished and oiled.Oiled washers have a basic protection against corrosion.

OTHER SURFACE TREATMENTS Toothed washers can be supplied either white or yellow zinc plated, with galvanised surface treatment (ELECTROLYTIC ZINC COATING: minimum resistance 96 hours in salt spray chamber).

A hydrogen embrittlement relief treatment is carried out on the washers at 200°C for at least 18 hours, and within 3 hours after the galvanisation process in order to eliminate any residual fragility due to the electrolytic treatment.

OTROS ACABADOS SUPERFICIALESLas arandelas dentadas pueden entregarse con galvanizado blanco o amarillo, con tratamiento de galvanizado superficial (REVESTIMIENTO ELECTROLÍTICO DE ZINC: resistencia mínima 96 horas en cámara salina).

Las arandelas han recibido un tratamiento térmico de deshidrogenización a 200°C de una duración mínima de 18 horas, y efectuado obligatoriamente en las 3 horas sucesivas al tratamiento de galvanizado, para así eliminar la fragilidad residual debida al tratamiento electrolítico.

Upon request, for quantities to be established per order, washers can be supplied with MECHANICAL GALVANISATION and PHOSPHATE, providing variable resistance in the salt spray chamber according to the thickness of the coating.

NOTEAll thicknesses listed in the following tables refer to washers with self-finished and oiled surface treatment.If the washer undergoes galvanized surface treatments, its thickness might be different according to the μm required by the customer.

Washers are supplied loose in boxes, and are packed in larger cartons for transport.

Upon request and for high quantities washers can be supplied loose in industrial cartons.

Our packaging system is undergoing changes, therefore, it may be subjected to variations with respect to the quantities specified in the technical tables.

METHODOLOGY TO USE FORTHE CONTROL OF THE RESIDUAL FRAGILITY AFTER THE HEAT TREATMENT ORSURFACE TREATMENTIn order to check for any possible residual fragility in the washer due to the absorption of hydrogen during the heat and surface treatments, the following test are carried out on washer:

Proceed in mounting with the torque indicated in technical tables, after 24 hours proceed in dismontling and checking brittleness.

Bajo pedido, y para cantidades que se establecerán al momento del pedido, pueden servirse acabados superficiales de GALVANIZADO MECÁNICO y FOSFATACIÓN con una resistencia en la cámara salina que varía en función del grosor del revestimiento.

NOTALos grosores indicados en las siguientes tablas se refieren a arandelas con acabado superficial bruñido, aceitado y fosfatado. Si la arandela es sometida a tratamientos de galvanizado superficiales, su grosor puede variar en función de las μm solicitadas por el cliente.

Las arandelas se sirven empaquetadas sueltas en cajas dentro de cajones de cartón para el transporte.

Para pedidos de grandes cantidades, las arandelas pueden empaquetarse sueltas en embalajes industriales.

Nuestro sistema de empaquetado se encuentra en fase de evolución, por lo cual podría sufrir variaciones en lo que se refiere a las cantidades especificadas en las tablas técnicas.

MÉTODO PARA EFECTUAR EL CONTROL DE LA FRAGILIDAD RESIDUAL TRAS EL TRATAMIENTO TÉRMICO O EL TRATAMIENTO SUPERFICIALPara comprobar una posible fragilidad residual en la arandela debida a la absorción de hidrógeno durante los tratamientos térmicos y superficiales, se efectúan las siguientes pruebas en las arandelas:

- 1 prueba de apriete sobre placas

Efectuar el montaje con el par de torsión indicado en cada una de las tablas técnicas, pasadas 24 horas, desmontar y efectuar seguidamente el control de fragilidad.

Sur demande, et pour des quantités qui seront établies lors de la commande, nous pouvons exécuter des traitements de surface spéciaux par ZINGAGE MÉCANIQUE, PHOSPHATATION, qui garantissent une résistance au brouillard salin qui varie en fonction de l’épaisseur de la couche.

REMARQUELes épaisseurs indiquées sur les tableaux suivants sont celles des rondelles huilées et brunies. Si les rondelles subissent un traitement de surface par galvanisation, leur épaisseur peut varier suivant les μm requis par le client.

Les rondelles sont livrées emballées en vrac dans des boîtes, enfermées dans des cartons pour le transport.

Pour de grosses quantités, nous pouvons emballer les rondelles en vrac dans des emballages industriels.

Notre système d’emballage étant en cours d’évolution, il risque de subir des variations quant aux quantités indiquées sur les tableaux techniques.

MÉTHODE DE CONTRÔLEDE LA FRAGILITÉ RÉSIDUELLEÀ LA SUITE DU TRAITEMENT THERMIQUE OU DUTRAITEMENT DE SURFACEAfin de vérifier la présence d’une éventuelle fragilité résiduelle des rondelles, causée par l’absorption d’hydrogène au cours des traitements thermiques et de surface, nous effectuons, sur les rondelles, les tests suivants:

Effectuer le montage avec le couple de torsion indiqué dans les différents tableaux techniques et, 24 heures plus tard, effectuer le démontage et le contrôle successif de fragilité.

External Washers (DIN 6798 A) ensure an optimal and efficient use only when teeth are overlapped and when the clearance between screw and washer is limited thanks to the reduction of the internal diameter of the washer itself.

NOTA TÉCNICABENERI® SpA suministra arandelas (conforme a DIN 6798 A) con dientes superpuestos con diámetros de 3 mm a 16 mm.

Las arandelas con dentado externo (DIN 6798 A) garantizan un uso eficaz y excelente únicamente si los dientes están superpuestos y si se limita al mínimo indispensable el juego entre arandela y tornillo con la reducción del diámetro interno de la arandela misma.
