Installing the Peripheral Kits

1. Remove the dummy cover first.2. Remove the rubber pads (x2)

and screws (x2) to release the top cover of the MSR module.

Using the Premium Docking Station

To use the premium docking station, firstly connect the AC adapter to the DC-in input and connect the other end to the power outlet. Always plug in the AC adapter first to enable the locking/unlocking function.

* You can also charge the battery via the optional 36W power adapter. Plug in the AC adapter cable directly into the connector located on the bottom right of the tablet. Then plug the other end to the AC outlet.

Attaching the tablet to the dock

After plugging in the AC adapter to the power outlet, align the rear of the tablet with the top of the docking station, and place the tablet onto the dock. The tablet automatically locks to the dock when attached.

The premium docking station provides additional connectors and interfaces to support other devices and is also designed to allow the tablet to charge its battery via the dock.

3. Connect the cable to the connector on the system side. Then position the MSR module over the system as shown and fasten with the screws (x2). Finally place the top cover of the MSR module back.

NOTE: The variety of peripheral kits like RFID/Fingerprint and iButton all follow the same installation method.

02. How do I release & lock the tablet from the docking station?

The M276 can be released via the button located on the front of the docking station, it also can be un-locked via a API & it locks based on contact between the tablet and dock.

03. Is there a bumper case available for the tablet? Yes as part of the enterprise peripheral ecosystem

there is a bumper case available.

04. Which MDM’s are supported on the F14 Android version?

Our Inefi UEM & SOTI are certified on the F14 version.

05. What degree’s of rotation is available on the docking station?

The Ninja M276 docking station provides a total 360 degree of rotation to allow for customer engagement.

06. What drivers are available for the integrated 2D barcode scanner?

The integrated scanner is a Honeywell engine so it leverages Honeywell’s tried and tested JPOS, OPOS & EZ Config utility.
