Main Frame ConstructionThe frames have a depth of 3 1/4” and are constructed of 6063-T6 aluminum alloy. The nominal material wall thickness for the frame is .062”, and the sill has a minimum wall thickness of .062”. Corners are of screw spline construction and sealed.

Sash Frame ConstructionThe sash consists of aluminum members with .062” nominal material wall thickness of 6063-T6 alloy. Corners are of screw spline construction and sealed. Dual weather-stripped continuous interlock at the sash meeting rail offers superior weathering and structural performance.

Thermal BarrierAll members are thermally improved by utilizing a mechnically staked thermal pocket with high density polyurethane.

Weather StrippingAll sash are weather-stripped with FIN-SEAL® or equal. Two holes through the window frame sill to facilitate weepage.

ScreensStandard screen frames are rolled aluminum and come in three standard colors. Half screens are easily removed by side loading, no clips or plunger operation required. 18 x 16 mesh screens are available in fiberglass and .011” diameter aluminum. Extruded screen frame to match project color optional.

HardwareSweep locks and finger button tilt latches are die cast painted either white or black.

GlazingSash is inside glazed with an extruded aluminum glazing bead for 1” overall glazing depth.

FinishesClass 1 anodized finshes in clear, dark bronze and black. AAMA 2603 Polyester paint in three (3) standard colors. AAMA 2604 high performance paint in nine (9) standard colors. See attached color palette.
