NOTICE DE MONTAGE POUR LA SORTIE DE DONNEES

- Die Waagschale 6 abheben- Die Gehäuseverschraubung 5 lösen und das Gehäuseoberteil abnehmen- Der Print des Datenausgangs 1 auf den vorgesehenen Stecker in der Waage stecken- Die zwei Schrauben der Abdeckplatte 7 lösen- Die runde DIN-Buchse vom Verbindungskabel 2 an das Gehäuseunterteil montieren

(--> die Lage der Codierung beachten)

- Den viereckigen Stecker vom Kabel 2 mit dem Print des Datenausgangs verbinden- Das Gehäuseoberteil mit den vier Schrauben 5 anschrauben und die Waagschale 6 aufsetzen

MONTAGE-ANLEITUNG DATENAUSGANG

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION FOR FOR THE DATA OUTPUT

- Remove the weighing pan 6- Loose the four screws 5 and take away the housing's top- Plug the data-output-board 1 into the destined connector inside the balance- Unscrew the two screws from the cover plate 7- Assemble the round DIN-socket from the connection cable 2 on the housing's bottom

(--> attention to the position of code)- Plug the square-plug from the connecting cable 2 into the data-output-board- Assemble the housing's bottom with the four screws 5 and put the the weighing pan 6 in place

- Enlever le porte plateau 6- Dévisser les vis 5 et enlever le boîtier supérieur- Fixer la carte de la sortie de données1 dans l'endroit destiné dedans la balance- Dévisser les deux vis de la tôle 7- Monter la douille-DIN ronde du câble de connextion 2 au boîtier inférieur

(--> attention à la position du code)- Monter la prise rectangulaire du câble de connextion 2 avec la carte de la sortie de données

- Monter le boîtier supérieur avec les quatre vis 5 et remettre le porte plateau 6 en place

- Enlever le porte plateau 6 dévisser les quatre vis 5 du boîtier inférieur et enlever le boîtier supérieur

- Démonter la douille 7 de la sortie des données RS 232- Insérer le câble 2 et monter la douille avec le couvercle 6 et les vis 3- Fixer la carte éléctronique de la sortie analogique 1 dans l'endroit prédestiné dedans la balance- Monter la prise rectangulaire du câble de connexion 2 avec la carte de la sortie analogique

- Monter le boîtier supérieur et visser les quatre vis 5 et mettre le porte plateau 6 en place

Settings: - The Analogue-Output can be defined at the end of the Main-menu. It is possible to choose up to 5 different settings

Settings: - Hi-Speed -> Scale from 0 until max. 6.4 V, velocity 20 ms

- Lo-Speed 1 -> Digit 0 - 1 - 2 and signs are converted at +/- 9.99 V,velocity 80 ms, 160 ms or 320 ms. By a Dual-range-balance the scale is fixed at 10 mV / 0,1 g

- Lo-Speed 2 -> Digit 1 - 2 - 3 and signs are converted at+/- 9.99 V, velocity 80 ms, 160 ms or 320 ms

Installation Instruction for Memory extension AP11 (RAM) 350-8609

1. Disconnect the balance from the mains.

2. Take away the weighing pan and loose the screws in order to remove the housing's top.

3. Loose the two screws from the main-board and remove the main-board.- ATTENTION: in order to do that disconnect the plug from the Main-board

4. Remove the old RAM from the main-board (see drawing).

5. Plug the new RAM into the socket and bring the main-board with the two screws in place again.- ATTENTION: the notch on the RAM has to show in the same direction as those

of all the others IC's

6. Close the balance with the housing's top and put the the weighing pan in place.- ATTENTION: do not forget to connect the plug to the main-board

7. Connect the balance to the mains.

Notice d'installation pour Memory extension AP11 (RAM) 350-8609

1. Débrancher la balance du réseau.

2. Enlever le plateau et dévisser les vis afin d'enlever le boîtier supérieur.

3. Dévisser les deux vis de la carte principale pour soulever la carte principale.- ATTENTION: déconnecter avec cela la fiche de la carte principale

4. Enlever l'ancien RAM de la carte principale (voir dessin).

5. Mettre le nouveau RAM dans le socle et mettre la carte principale avec les deux vis en place.- ATTENTION: l'entaille du RAM doit être dans le même sens comme ceux

des autres IC

6. Fermer la balance avec le boîtier supérieur et mettre le plateau en place.- ATTENTION: ne pas oublier de connecter la fiche à la carte principale

7. Brancher la balance au réseau.

Einbauanleitung für Memory Extension AP11 (RAM) 350-8609

1. Trennen Sie die Waage vom Netz.

2. Entfernen Sie die Waageschale und lösen Sie die Schrauben um das Gehäuse-Oberteilabzuheben.

3. Lösen Sie die zwei Schrauben vom Hauptprint und nehmen Sie den Hauptprint heraus.- ACHTUNG: entfernen Sie dabei den Stecker vom Hauptprint

4. Entfernen Sie das alte RAM vom Hauptprint (siehe Zeichnung).

5. Stecken Sie das neue RAM in den Sockel und befestigen Sie den Hauptprint wieder mit den zweiSchrauben.- ACHTUNG: die Kerbe am RAM muss in dieselbe Richtung zeigen wie diejenigen

der anderen IC's

6. Setzen Sie das Gehäuse-Oberteil auf und legen Sie die Waagschale auf die Waage.- ACHTUNG: vergessen Sie nicht den Stecker an den Hauptprint anzuschliessen

7. Schliessen Sie die Waage an das Netz.

Installation Instruction for Memory extension AP11 (RAM) 350-8609

1. Disconnect the balance from the mains.

2. Take away the weighing pan and the pan holder, loose the screw with a screwdriver no.3 or no.4 inorder to remove the housing's top.- ATTENTION: disconnect flat strap wire from the analogue board while removing the

housing's top3. Remove the old RAM from the main-board (see drawing).

4. Plug the new RAM into the socket.- ATTENTION: the notch on the RAM has to show in the same direction as those

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS IP 65 PROTECTION

- Remove the weighing pan 16.

- Take the housing's top off by releasing the screws 11.

- Dismantle the data output-socket 12 and the mains-socket 13 ( release the strip terminal and theground screws). Assemble the cover plate 1 and the mains socket IP65 2 with the screws 3.

- Connect the mains socket 2 according to the drawing (do not confuse the colors).

- Fix straps 9 as close as possible to the strip terminal (see drawing).

- Place and fix the housing's top.

- Release the screws 14 and take off the center bolt 15.

- Insert the membrane 4. It has to be placed as plane as possible to avoid any kind of waves and thespace around the ring should be centric against the stud (place projected edge to the bottomaccording to DETAIL X).

- Put the spring washer 5 and the washer 6 in place.

- Fasten the center bolt 15 with the screw 14.

- Put the cover 7 very carefully in place (avoid any shifting) and fasten with the screws 8 (if necessaryput a weight onto the cover to avoid any shifting during the fastening processs).

- Place weighing pan 16.

- Stick the adhesive label IP65 10 to the balance according to the leaflet.

- Die Schrauben 11 lösen und den Gehäuseoberteil abheben.

- Den Datenausgang 12 und die Netzbuchse 13 (Klemmleiste und Erdungsschraube lösen) demontieren.Danach das Abdeckblech 1 und die Netzbuchse IP65 2 mit den Schrauben 3 befestigen.

- Die Netzbuchse 2 gemäss Zeichnung (Farben nicht vertauschen) anschliessen.

- Kabelbinder 9 möglichst nahe an der Klemmleiste befestigen (siehe Zeichnung).

- Den Gehäuseoberteil auflegen und befestigen.

- Die Schraube 14 lösen und den Zentrierbolzen 15 entfernen.

- Die Membrane 4 einlegen. Sie sollte möglichst flach liegen, keine Wellen aufweisen und einengleichmässig Ringspalt gegenüber dem Zentrierbolzen haben (der hervorstehende Rand der Membranemüssen unten sein, siehe DETAIL X).

- Die Spannscheibe 5 und die U-Scheibe 6 einlegen.

- Den Zentrierbolzen 15 mittels Schraube 14 anziehen

- Die Abdeckung 7 vorsichtig aufsetzen , seitlich nicht verschieben und dann mit den Schrauben 8anziehen (allenfalls die Abdeckung mit einem Gewicht beschweren, um das seitliche Verschieben beimAnschrauben zu verhindern).

- Die Waagschale aufsetzen 16.

- Den Kleber IP65 10 an die Waage aufkleben (Position siehe Prospekt).

- Enlever le plateau 16 de la balance.

- Dévisser les vis 11 et enlever le boîtier supérieur.

- Démonter la sortie de données 12 et la douille du réseau 13 (dévisser la réglette de bornes et la vis demise à la terre). Assembler la tôle de protection 1 et la douille du réseau IP65 2 avec des vis 3.

- Connecter la douille du réseau 2 selon le dessin (ne pas confondre les couleurs).

- Fixer les courroies 9 le plus près possible de la réglette de bornes (voir dessin).

- Placer et fixer le boîtier supérieur.

- Dévisser les vis 14 et enlever le boulon de centrage 15.

- Insérer la membrane 4. Elle doit être placer le plus plat possible, sans avoir des plis et doit avoir unpassage annulaire constant (mettre les bords saillants de la membrane en bas selon DETAIL X).

- Mettre en place la rondelle bombée 5 et la rondelle 6.

- Fixer les boulons de centrage 15 avec la vis 14.

- Placer le couvercle 7 soigneusement (éviter tout les mouvements) et fixer le avec les vis 8 (si nécessairecharger le avec un poid pour éviter tout les mouvements pendant la fixation des vis).

- Mettre le plateau 16 en place.

- Coller l'étiquette IP65 10 à la balance (voir prospectus).

1. Take off the housing's top from the balance

2. Remove the three cover screws (M5) on the balance bottom in order to install the SCS-System

3. Mount the Self Calibration System (SCS-System) to the designated place. Fasten from thebalance bottom with the three screws the SCS-System.

4. Remove the cover 1 on the top of calibration weight (open the two screws) and lower the calibrationweight by means of the Service-Box. After that centre the retaining plate 2 towards the SCS-System(open slightly the four screws). Then mount the cover again on the top of the calibration weight.

5. Connect the plug of the SCS-System to the socket 3 (on the connector board)

6. Change the DIL-switch no. 3 into ON-position

7. Mount the housing's top again to the balance

8. Follow the instruction on page 3 and 4 for the calibration of the internal reference weight

MONTAGE-ANLEITUNG DER AUTOMATISCHEN KALIBRIERUNG

NOTICE DE MONTAGE POUR CALIBRATION AUTOMATIC

1. Demontieren Sie den Gehäuseoberteil der Waage

2. Demontieren Sie die drei Abdeckschrauben (M5) am Waagenboden um die autom. Kalibrierung(SCS-System) zu installieren

3. Montieren Sie die autom. Kalibrierung auf den vorgesehenen Platz. Vom Waagenboden aus wird mitden drei Schrauben die autom. Kalibrierung angeschraubt.

4. Demontieren Sie den Deckel 1 über dem Kalibriergewicht (die zwei Schrauben entfernen) und senkenSie mittels der Service-Box das Kalibriergewicht ab. Dannach zentriern Sie das Trägerblech 2 gegendie autom. Kalibrierung (die vier Schrauben müssen dazu gelöst werden). Dannach muss der Deckelüber der autom. Kalibrierung wieder montiert werden.

5. Schliessen Sie den Stecker der autom. Kalibrierung an Stecker 3 (am Verbindungsprint)

6. Setzen Sie den DIL-Schalter Nr. 3 auf ON-Position

7. Montieren Sie das Gehäuseoberteil an die Waage

8. Folgen Sie die Instruktion auf der Seite 3 und 4 für die Kalibrierung des internen Referenzgewichtes

5. Connecter la fiche de la calibration automatique à la prise 3 (sur la carte de connexion)

6. Changer l'interrupteur (DIL-switch) no. 3 à la position 'ON'

7. Monter le boîtier supérieur de nouveau à la balance

8. Suivre les instruction à la page 3 et 4 pour la calibration du poid intérieur du référence

Montage du dispositif pour le pesage au-dessous de la balance

- Enlever le plateau, dévisser la vis 10 du boîtier supérieur afin de l'enlever- Dévisser la vis jaune en plastique 9- Insérer le ressort 1 avec la douille de guidage 2 dans le support transversal 11- Pousser la suspension 3 par le fond du boîtier inférieur et arrêter la avec la goupille 4- Précontraindre le ressort avec la vis régulatrice 5 et serrer la jusqu'à l'arrêt- Monter la vis de butée 6- Monter l'anneau de levage 7- Tous les quattre pieds régulatrice de la balance doivent être dévisser afin d'augmenter ladistance entre la l'anneau de levage et la surface- Monter le boîtier supérieur et le plateau

Assembling Below the Balance Weighing Feature:

- Dismantle the balance according to the instructions on page 1- Take the yellow plastic screw 14 away- Place the spring 1 with the guide 2 into the crossholder 15- Push the suspension 3 through the housing's bottom and lock it with the split 4- Prestress the spring with the locking screw 5 and thighten it till the stop- Mount the stop screw 6- Turn the balance upside down on the top of the for center-bolt- Mount the disc 8- Insert the membrane 9 (center it)- Fasten the nut 10 (the membrane has to be placed flat and without any waves)- Put very carefully the cover 11 in place (avoid any shifting) and fasten it with the screws 12

(if necessary put a weight onto the cover plate to avoid any shifting during the fastening process)- Mount the eye bolt 7 (in case the eye bolt is not used at the moment, the suspension 3 can

be pushed inside)- Assemble the housing's top and the weighing pan according to the instructions on page 1- All four leveling screws should be unscrewed a bit in order to increase the distance between the eye bolt

and the surface

Dismantling Below the Balance Weighing Feature:

- Dismantle the balance according to the instructions on page 1- Disassemble the eye bolt 7- Disassemble the cover 11- Loose the nut 10- Remove the membrane 9- Remove the disc 8- Remove the stop screw 6- Loose the locking screw 5- Remove the split 4- Pull out the suspension 3 (remove the spring and the guide)- Mount the yellow plastic screw 14- Assemble the housing's top and the weighing pan according the instructions on page 1

Montage Unterflurwägung:

- Die Waage gemäss der Anleitung auf Seite 1+2 demontieren- Die Gelbe Plastikschraube 14 demontieren- Die Feder 1 zusammen mit Führungsbuchse 2 in den Quersteg 15 einlegen- Die Aufhängung 3 durch das Gehäuseunterteil stossen und mit dem Splint 4 sichern- Die Feder 1 mittels der Stellschraube 5 vorspannen und bis zum Anschlag anziehen- Die Anschlagschraube 6 montieren- Die Waage um 1800 kippen (die Waage steht nun auf den 4 Waagschalen-Zentrierbolzen)- Die Scheibe 8 aufsetzen- Die Membrane 9 einlegen (zentrieren)- Die Mutter 10 anziehen (die Membrane sollte keine Wellen aufweisen)- Das Abdeckung 11 vorsichtig aufsetzen, seitlich nicht verschieben und dann mit den Schrauben 12

anziehen (allenfalls die Abdeckung mit einem Gewicht beschweren, um das seitliche Verschieben beimAnschrauben zu verhindern)

- Die Ringschraube 7 montieren (im Falle dass die Ringschraube im Moment nicht gebraucht wird, kanndie Aufhängung 3 hineingedrückt werden.

- Alle vier Waagenfüsse sollten ein wenig herausgeschraubt werden, um die Distanz zwischen derRingschraube und der Unterfläche zu vergrössern

- Das Gehäuseoberteil und die Waagschale gemäss der Anleitung auf Seite 1+2 montieren

Montage du dispositif pour le pesage par le dessous de la balance:

- Monter le boîtier supérieur selon les informations à la page 1+2

- Devisser les vis de niveau de la balance pour augmenter la distance entre l'anneau de levageet la surface

1. Change DIL-Switch no.1 into OFF-Position (see page D 01.12)

2. Disconnect the plug of the SCS-Selfcalibration-System (optional)

3. Unscrew the 3 screws of the SCS-Selfcalibration-System (M4X16mm) on the bottom (disconnectthe acessory-board see pos.S2 on page C 05.01)

4. Detach the SCS-Selfcalibration-System

5. Place the balance in the original position

6. Loose the two screws from the Main-board

7. Disconnect the plug between the weighing cell and the main-board and remove it

8. Turn the balance upside down on the top of the center bolts (Display is in front of you)

9. Loose the three Phillips-Screws (M4X10)

10. Remove the housing's bottom

11. Pick up the weighing-cell by the cross-support and turn in the original position

12. Loose the four Phillips-Screws from the retaining plate (34) of the SCS-SelfcalibrationSystem (M3x6mm)

13. Bring the balance in the vertical position (The connection wires has to be placedfree to the back)

14. Insert the Tools I between the Chassis (1) and the Cross-holder (38) and centre it with theTools 7

15. While loosing the top screw of the Flexure strap (31) you have to hold the Washers (55) with apincers in order to remove the screw

16. Dismantle the Flexure holder (26) no. 1 (secure it with Tool 10)

17. Dismantle the Flexure holder (26) no. 2 (secure it with Tool 10)

19. Lift Holder (39) carefully and remove Tools 1 and Tools 7

20. Assemble Tool 3 (with the four Socket head screws) on the Balance arm (16)

31. Place Flexure holders (26,53) on the gauge and replace the Flexure sheets (ATTENTION : seeposition of the flexure sheets on page D 01.08)

32. Dismantle the Flexure strap (31)* from the Cross-holder (38) and replace it.Dismantle the two Flexure sheets (27)* from the Balance arm (16) and replace them with thehelp from Tool 2 (dismantle Tool 3 before and reassemble it after that)* ATTENTION : see position of the flexure sheets/straps on page D 01.08

33. Just loose the screws of the Sensor mecanism (13) a bit in order to bend it very carefullybackwards (ATTENTION : connection to the NTC-Resistor)

34. Unscrew the four Socket head screws (9) from the Cover plate (6) (ATTENTION : magnetic)

35. Unsold contacts from the Coil (5) in order to remove the Coil. Clean the space of the Magnetictube (4) with some cotton sticks (or double sticking adhesive tape)

1. Insert Coil (5), solder the contacts and mount the Cover plate (6)

2. Put Tool 4 in place and adjust to it Cover plate (6) (if necessary loose the four Socket headscrews in order to allow a better adjustement)

3. Fasten with the screws carefully the Sensor mechanism (13)

4. Bring Chassis (1) in the vertical position

5. Assemble the Flexure sheets (27) on the Balance arm (16) and then fix with the two screwsTool 3 on it

14. Insert Tool 8 into the Magnetic tube (4) and fasten loosely the three Brass screws (20)

15. Adjust and fasten firmly the Vane (17) from the Sensor mechanism (13). Remove after thatTool 8 (ATTENTION : Vane should not touch Sensor mechanism)

16. Bring Chassis (1) in the vertical position

17. Remove Tool 3 (ATTENTION : loose first of all the two screws from the Balance arm)

18. Fasten loosely Flexure strap (31) and Plate (32) with the screw on the Cross-holder (38). Theround incisions on the Flexure strap has to be placed at the side from the Plate. The marks onthe Flexure strap (27) and those on the Flexure sheets (31) have to be located at the same side(see page D 01.08)

19. Insert the Tools 1 and fix them with the Tools 7 and descend after that holder (39) verycarefully over Tools 7

20. Fasten firmly with the two screws Tool 6 on Chassis (1) and press then with the upper twoscrews the Cross-holder (38) onto the Tools 1

21. Assemble Flexure holder (26) no. 2 (see page D 01.08) with the six screws (ATTENTION : screwsoutwards) by means of Tool 10 and Tool 5 ( the two Tools have to be placed diagonal to eachother)

22. Assemble Flexure holder (26) no. 1 (see page D 01.08) with the six screws (ATTENTION : screwsinwards) by means of Tool 10 and Tool 5 ( the two Tools have to be placed diagonal to eachother)

23. Assemble Flexure holder (53) no. 3 with the six screws (ATTENTION : screws outwards) bymeans of the two Tools 10

24. Remove Tool 6

25. Remove the Tools 1 as following:- remove Tool 7 first on one side and take away Tool 1, after that insert Tool 7 again- remove Tool 7 first on the other side and take away Tool 1, after that insert Tool 7 again

26. Loose the lower Socket head screw (56) from the Flexure strap (31) and centre the Flexurestrap with Tool 9 (series with a centre-pin) or Tool 5 (series with a thread-pin) through theupper hole of the Flexure strap. After that fasten the lower Socket head screw (56) again

27. Fasten firmly the upper Socket head screw (30) on the Flexure strap (31)

28. Loose again the lower Socket head screw (56) from the Flexure strap (31) (in order to releasepossible tensions) and fasten it again

29. Remove Tools 7

30. Fasten loosely from the top the retaining plate (34) (ATTENTION : Centre-incision againstthe top)

31. Turn Chassis (1) up side down on the top of the centre bolts

32. Fasten loosely the housing's bottom

33. Place balance very carefully on the right small side (Chassis has to be downwards) in orderthat the Chassis (1) is slipping down inside the housing's bottom

34. Insert and connect the Main-board and fasten it with the two screws

35. Fasten with the screws the SCS-Selfcalibration-System (optional) and connect it to theprint. After that centre the retaining plate (34) against the Calibration-System (lift and let downthe SCS-Selfcalibration-System with the MF-Box) and fasten firmly the retaining plate (34)again

36. Symmetry fine-adjustment (according to page D 01.09)

37. Centre Magnetic tube (4) with Tool 8 and fasten firmly the three brass-screws(ATTENTION : coil-print has to be placed in the centre)

38. Centre Safety device (21) very carefully (check with the help from a magnify glass for aconcentric space) and after that fasten firmly the screws

To accomplish the Symmetry-fine adjustement you have to plug in the connecting wire from the ServiceTool Kit on the main board and messure the voltage with a voltmeter.

Observe through briefly pressing down* the balance arm (16) and briefly lifting up* the balance arm (16)the received voltage.

Change the received values by turning the Limit stop (15) in order to obtain the same values while pushingor lifting the Balance arm.--> an accuracy of +/- 0,1V is sufficientAdjust now the voltage by means of the potentiometer on the Main-board to 1,5V +/- 01V.

* not more then 5 seconds, because after that a electronic overlaod will be released. It can be reset by taking the balance off themains for at least 20 sec..

THE CORNER LOAD ADJUSTEMENT SHOULD BECHECK WITH 1/3 OF THE BALANCE CAPACITY WEIGHT

Process for the corner-load adjustement:

1. Check with a test-weight (1/3 of the balance capacity) the deviation between the points A-B and C-D.Adjust first of all he diagonal with the larger deviation.

2. Alter corner-load adjustement by means of the screw [1] und screw [2].--> screw [1] serves to adjust the diagonal A-B--> screw [2] serves to adjust the diagonal C-D

3. examble:

- between the points A and B is a difference from 6 digits. A = +4 und B = -2. By turning the screw no. 1 clockwise the values on point B will increase --> the deviation of 6 digits will decrease

- between the points C and D is a difference from 5 digits. A = +3 und B = -2. By turning the screw no. 2 clockwise the values on point D will increase --> the deviation of 5 digits will decrease

4. When all the points are adjusted towards zero (+/- 1 Digit) check again the points A-C, C-B, B-D, D-A. .

Place a weight half of the capacity on the weighing pan and push the Tare-button. Then place the sameweight in additon to it and take it away just after that. After that the display has to return to zero again(+/- 1 digit). If this is not the case the balance will be afflicted with a hysteresis.

4. IMPORTANT REMARK

The hysteresis as well as the instability of the balance can not be adjusted. They depend largely on thequality of the previous assembling and provide you as a self-control information. If those values are outof tolerance the balance has to be dismantled and reassembled once more and even if necessary theflexure sheets/straps have to be replace once again.

Connect the Service-Box for the series 480 to the balance and switch on the balance. Change the Service-Boxswitch into position 0 .Place full load on the weiging pan and press the key no 6. The display changes to zero and starts to count.With this testprogram the instability of the balance is going to be measured over a certain periode of time andthe values are continuously added to it. The final value of this measurement should be smaller as100 digits. Please take notice that the obtained value of this measurement depends extensively on the qualityof the balance location and therefore it is just restricted valid.

DEMONTAGE ANLEITUNG

5. Waage in Originalstellung bringen

6. Die beiden Befestigungsschrauben des Hauptprints lösen

SYMMETRIE-FEINEINSTELLUNG

Zur Einstellung der Symmetrie schliessen Sie das Verbindungskabel aus dem Werkzeugset auf die beidenPins des Hauptprint an und messen Sie die Spannung mit dem Voltmeter.

Stellen Sie durch vorsichtiges, kurzes Drücken* auf den Waagbalken (16) bzw. durch vorsichtiges, kurzesAnheben* des Waagebalken (16) die so erhaltenen Spannungswerte fest.

Verändern Sie durch Drehen der Symetrieanschlagschraube (15) die erhaltenen Werte so, dass Sie sowohlbeim Niederdrücken als auch beim Anheben des Waagbalkens die selben Werte erhalten.--> Eine Genauigkeitvon +/- 0,1V ist ausreichend.Stellen Sie nun durch Drehen des Potentiometers auf dem Hauptprint die Symmetriespannungauf 1,5V +/ 0,1 V ein.

* nicht länger als 5 Sekunden, da sonst eine elektronische Ueberlast ausgelöst wird. Die Überlast wird durch Trennen der Waage vom Netz für mind. 20 sek. wieder aufgehoben.

DIE ECKENLAST SOLLTE MIT 1/3 DERWAAGENKAPAZITÄT GEPRÜFT WERDEN

Vorgehen bei der Eckenlast-Einstellung:

1. Überprüfen Sie mit einem Prüfgewicht (1/3 der Waagenkapazität) die Abweichung zwischen denPunkten A-B und C-D. Die Diagonale mit der gösseren Abweichung sollte zuerst eingestellt werden.

2. Die Eckenlasteinstellung wird mittels Drehen der Schrauben [1] und [2] durchgeführt.--> Schraube [1] dient zur Einstellung der Diagonale A-B--> Schraube [2] dient zur Einstellung der Diagonale C-D

3. Beispiel:

- Zwischen den Punkten A und B besteht eine Differenz von 6 Digits. A = +4 und B = -2. Wenn Sie die Schraube Nr. 1 im Uhrzeigersinn drehen, so wird sich der Anzeigewert des Punktes B erhöhen --> der bestehende Fehler von 6 Digits wird kleiner werden

- Zwischen den Punkten C und D besteht eine Differenz von 5 Digit. C = +3 und D = -2. Wenn Sie die Schraube Nr. 2 im Uhrzeigersinn drehen, so wird sich der Anzeigewert des Punktes D erhöht --> der bestehende Fehler von 5 Digit wird kleiner werden

4. Wenn Sie alle Punkte auf Null (+/- 1 Digit) eingestellt haben, sollten Sie die Punkte A-C, C-B, B-D, D-A nochmals überprüfen.

Stellen Sie ein Gewicht von der Hälfte der Waagenkapazität auf die Waagschale und tarieren Sie.Stellen Sie ein gleiches Gewicht noch dazu und entfernen Sie dieses gleich wieder. Die Anzeige sollte nachdem Entfernen des zweiten Gewichtes wieder auf Null zurück gehen (+/- 1 Digit). Sollte dies nicht der Fallsein, ist die Waage mit einer Hysterese behaftet.

Schliessen Sie die Service-Box für die Serie 480 an die Waage und schalten Sie die Waage ein.Programm-Schalter der Service-Box auf Position 0.Stellen Sie Vollast auf die Waagschale und drücken Sie die Taste 6. Die Anzeige wechselt auf Null undbeginnt zu zählen. Mit diesem Testprogramm wird die Unruhe der Waage über eine bestimmte Zeit gemes-sen und die Werte fortwährend addiert. Der Endwert dieser Messung sollte weniger als 100 Digits betra-gen. Bitte beachten Sie, dass das Ergebnis dieser Messung sehr stark durch die Qualität des Waagenstand-ortes beeinflußt wird und desshalb nur bedingt aussagekräftig ist.

4. WICHTIGER HINWEIS

Die Hysterese wie auch die Unruhe der Waage kann nicht eingestellt werden. Sie hängt weitgehend von derzuvor geleisteten Montage- und Justierarbeit ab und soll Ihnen als Anhaltspunkt und Selbstkontrolle dienen.Sind diese Faktoren ausser Toleranz muss die Waage erneut demontiert/montiert und allenfalls mit neuenBiegelager/Zugband versehen werden.
