Major Components of the Duck River Dam Project
•1,925 foot long rock fill dam, 135 feet high designed to withstand the Maximum Credible Earthquake•Spillway in the east abutment designed for the Probable Maximum Flood•Water intake structure and pumping station•Raw water transmission main to the Cullman WTP (approximately 7 miles)
