venture of UPMC Health Plan and The Advisory Board Company led in funding this month and set an all-time record with $100M in a series B round.

• Wellness and Personal Health markets

experienced significant year-over-year growth in September though 80% of this month’s growth stems from Sharecare Inc. funding.

• The Personal Health market saw the largest uptick in startups with five new companies receiving funding.
