Course Requirements

» Acceptable Fitness activities:˃ Individual, Dual or Team sports˃Exercise/Fitness classes˃Any exercise that gets the heart rate into the

target heart rate zone (24-28 beats for a 10 second pulse count). At this level of exercise, students should be breathing hard.˃Activities/sports that include a coach/trainer who

will verify fitness levels and time commitment˃The intent is that students are getting a good

workout and are achieving or maintaining a healthy fitness level.˃Please contact me if you have questions

» All materials must be received by: April 30, 2014

» 1. Coursework is delivered to the office in a manila envelope with the name “Ms. Swanson” clearly indicated on the envelope.
