BE IT RESOLVED; that the Board of Education, upon the recommendationof the School Business Administrator approves the July 1, 2017 — June 25,2017 bill list in the amount of $ 161,837.41.

2. Approval of Financial ReportsBE IT RESOLVED; that the Board of Education, upon the recommendationof the School Business Administrator approves the Board Secretary andTreasurer Reports for the month ending June 30, 2017.

3 Acceptance of Financial Reports CertificationBE IT RESOLVED; that the Board of Education, upon the recommendationof the School Business Administrator accepts the certification of the BoardSecretary, and certifies: in compliance with NJAC 6A:23A-16. 10(c), that tothe best of our knowledge as of June 30, 2017, no major account or fund hasbeen over-expended and that sufficient funds exist to meet the district’sfinancial obligations for the remainder of the 2016-2017 school year.

4 Transfer of FundsBE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Education, upon the recommendationby the School Business Administrator, approves the transfer of uncommittedfunds within the 2016-20 17 school year budget.
