Accommodation reservation form (ASIM 2016)

The conference venue consists of several buildings serving as conference halls, dining places, and accommodations. Since the venue is remote from the nearby village, we recommend you to stay inside the venue place for your convenience.

There are three types of accommodation units as shown on pages 2-4 of this document. Each unit can accommodate 3-4 people. The regular price is very high, but the organizing committee made a significant discount for ASIM 2016. The price of each unit is fixed at 165,000 KRW (approximately 148 USD).

To save money, we recommend you to make a group consisting of 3-4 people among your friends or colleagues. For example, if a group of three people stay together in one unit, the final price per day will be 165,000 (KRW) / 3 = 55,000 (KRW) = about 49.4 USD. This is a good price because the venue commands a fine view of the sea and is of good quality.

Please make your room reservation as soon as possible (not later than Oct 15) via ASIM 2016 organizers (asim2016@conftool.com). The following table needs to be completed for your reservation and then sent to us (asim2016@conftool.com).

Bedroom #1: ONDOL is a traditional Korean underfloor radiant heating system. Please be aware that there is no beds. If you are not accustomed to sleep on floor, please go to Type C.

Bedroom #2 has one queen bed accommodating one or two adults.

In contrast to Type A, Type B has two double beds in Bedroom #2.

Note: The living room with two double beds is an open space (no wall/no partition).
