Content Is King• Content is the most important metric when discussing

SEO in 2014• Without content Google will not value your site• Layout, title tags• Word count• Keyword and keyword placement• Images and image optimization

• With recent algorithm changes, content is even more valuable• You can rank without content generation, but it is hard

So What Is UX Anyways?• UX is User Experience• When a user reaches

your site, do they know what to do?• Where do they go next?• Are your products,

services, or information clearly displayed?• All of the content points

if done well lead to good UX

Enter Black Hat• Black Hat SEO is a spam tactic to trick Google• Google does not like to be tricked• If Google catches you, they will penalize your site
