CONGRATSYOU’VE MADE IT AT LAST !

It's your senior year; you have made it at last. The high school is yours to rule and this year

everything will be perfect... including your senior portraits. Yes, gone are the days of

those tiny, generic yearbook pictures. Those are for the underclassmen. You are a senior now

and only the best will do. My goal is to give you nothing but spectacular images and create

memories that will last for years to come. I understand how important your senior yearbook

image is, which is why this image is yours to select out of the entire session no purchase necessary.

EXPERIENCE

THE SENIOR PORTRAIT

Capturing emotion and unique personalities is what portrait photography is all about. That is why

I like to take just a few minutes of your time to get to know who my client is before even a single image

has been taken. My sessions are about having fun and letting a persons true self come out. This is

about documenting some of the best times in your life. Every senior has their future on their mind.

Their heads are filled with dreams, thoughts of college and the excitement of going off on their own.

To capture that joyful time in their lives is why I photograph high school seniors. Using that laugh

you got about something on imgur to those serious and beautifully quiet moments of personal reflection, you got about something on imgur to those serious and beautifully quiet moments of personal reflection,

together we can create the amazing and unique portraiture you and your parents want.

WEAR ?WHAT SHOULD YOU

You don’t necessarily need to “dress up”

for your portrait session. The best

images are usually captured when you

wear clothing that you are comfortable

in and outfits that match your unique

style. I recommend trying to keep

things simple by trying to select solid things simple by trying to select solid

colors and coordinating your wardrobe

as much as possible. The only exception

is to avoid wearing all solid white.

Use busy patterns and bright colors as an

accent piece. Steer clear of logos and consider

bringing along several different clothing

changes. Adding or removing a jacket, changing

into different shoes, or putting on a different

shirt can change your outfit just enough to

make it appear that you are wearing an entirely make it appear that you are wearing an entirely

different wardrobe. Also be sure that your

clothing is clean and free of wrinkles.

LADIESFOR THE

Start by getting plenty of sleep the night before. Tired and baggy eyes will show up in the final

images. On the day of your portrait session, be sure to apply your makeup the same way you would

on any other day. If you want a more professional look, I have a wonderful makeup artist that will

come to you. I recommend bringing at least two outfits. Most senior girls change into three or four

outfits during their session. Select a wardrobe that can be coordinated together (for example, pants

that look good with two or three different shirts, etc.). Watch out for bra straps that might

hanging out. And of course, be careful not to wear a dark colored bra under light colored shirts or hanging out. And of course, be careful not to wear a dark colored bra under light colored shirts or

you might be surprised what shows up in the final photographs.

GUYSFOR THE

Consider getting a haircut a no earlier than a week before the

session. On the day of the session, make sure to shave, style

your hair, use some lotion on your face and pack chapstick for

your lips. Bring at least one extra change of clothes. We totally

understand that most guys don’t want to change multiple times,

but you should have at least one extra shirt and pants on hand.

Jackets are always a great idea, they can really make an outfit. Jackets are always a great idea, they can really make an outfit.

Also, make sure to dress from head to toe. Hats and shoes can

make or break your session. If you plan on wearing a hat save

it for the end so your hair looks awesome the rest of the time

and be mindful that your shoes look clean and are appropriate

for your chosen wardrobe.
