SENIOR TRIBUTE ADS ENOCHS HIGH SCHOOL WINGSPAN YEARBOOK DEADLINE TO RESERVE AD SPACE: AUGUST 31, 2019 We have limited space. If you would like to purchase an ad, we urge you to act quickly to secure your senior’s space. RATES AND SIZES: 1/4 page $100 (4-5 pictures, 45 words max.) 1/2 page $200 (5-7 pictures, 75 words max.) Full page $400 (7-10 pictures, 125 words max.) *limited Word count is an approximation and dictated by design and number of photos included in ad. TO PURCHASE AN AD: 1. COMPLETE THE ONLINE FORM TO SCHEDULE AD: https://enochs.mcs4kids.com/students/senior-information. All submissions will be processed in the order they are received, and calls will be made to each parent at the end of August/start of September to schedule appointments. YOU MUST COMPLETE THE FORM BY AUGUST 31 TO SCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT. Appointments will take place in mid-September through early October based on availability. 2. COMPLETE ORDER FORM (opposite side) or download from school website and include all required information. YOU MUST BRING COMPLETED FORM, ALL PHOTOS, YOUR WORDS, PAYMENT, AND SIZE-APPROPRIATE-SELF-ADDRESSED-STAMPED-ENVELOPE to your scheduled senior ad appointment. These materials are required (INCLUDING WORDS AND ALL PHOTOS—EVEN SENIOR IMAGES YOU WANT TO INCLUDE) to guarantee a space in the yearbook. Requests will not be honored without an appointment and the required materials. One ad per order form please. 3. KEEP YOUR APPOINTMENT Yearbook staff members take great pride in designing each ad and are trained to display your photos and message as professionally as possible. If you have a special request for the designers, you can communicate your request during the required senior ad appointment, however, design elements may NOT be changed. Senior ad appointments will take place in mid-September through early-October--specific dates and times will be determined by staff and you will be informed of those details when you receive your scheduling appointment call. All appointments are a ½ hour ONLY. During that time, staffers will create a physical & digital file, scan/upload your photos, upload your typed message and then, with the adviser, parents will help create a quick digital sketch of ad in the time allotted. We will provide a pdf proof by email for final approval in late-October. BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT: 1. Complete application. Ads will not be processed, and space will not be reserved until you schedule an appointment and bring to it all required materials. All sales require a 50% deposit and can be paid on an installment basis. Ads can be paid w/cash, check or money order at scheduled appointment in C144. We also accept VISA & MasterCard (but CREDIT payments must be paid prior to appointment in the SBO by 3pm M-F—please bring receipt to your appointment). ALL ads must be paid in full by November 1st. 2. Please type your message and email it to [email protected] prior to your appointment—be sure to name student in email. This will help reduce mistakes and save time during your appointment. 3. Compile childhood photos (should be sharp) and/or contact your senior photographer to get DIGITAL copies of senior images you plan to use in ad. Senior photos MUST be high-resolution digital images on flash drive, or sent by email to [email protected] with student name in the subject line by your scheduled appointment. Images should be at least 300 dpi and at least 5x7” in size (8x12” if you are using the image on a full page ad). Images provided directly to adviser from the photographer for use in an ad will not be provided to parents due to copyright permissions. 3. DO NOT SCAN, CUT OR CROP YOUR ORIGINAL IMAGES YOURSELF PLEASE! We scan all images at a high resolution and make color corrections and crops as needed. Bring original digital images on flash drive or send by email prior to appointment. Bring original prints as original prints. Photos may be submitted in black/white or color. Nude photos cannot be accepted. (We will scan all childhood images. All senior images must be provided as high-resolution digital files on flash drive, or by email from the photographer). 4. Prepare a size-appropriate, self-addressed stamped envelope for the protection of your original childhood photos and bring to your scheduled appointment. Photos will be returned in the spring.
