Overseeing environmental projects including environmental assessments and environmentalcompliance monitoring Managing multiple time sensitive projects from scope to implementation and staying onschedule and within budget while following company policies Scheduling employee work and selecting company resources

Ensuring tasks are completed, altering work processes as required Communicating with clients, stakeholders, Indigenous groups and regulators Participating in business development and leading proposal preparation Providing technical leadership and support on projects as requiredHiring, managing and training project and task managers

5+ years of work experience in a consulting environment 5+ years project management experience Formal project management training an assetDemonstrated leadership abilities, critical thinking, ability to make sound decisions, goodnegotiation skills, problem solverExcellent time management, organizational and multi-tasking skillsStrong attention to detail with a commitment to quality, excellence, and ethicsExcellent written and oral communication skillsAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic business with strict deadlines, budgetsand quality standards
