SENIOR LEASE MANAGER RU1411C M/W Moscow Profile: Professional background 2-3 years with Real Estate Broker in Retail Department sometime with a Retail company as a Lease Manager sometime with Developer as lease manager Experience in searching for potential tenants to be placed in Trade Shop, negotiating, agreeing of commercial terms and conditions of lease agreements, evaluating of potential projects. Personel qualities «feeler» of a retail market , negotiator , presenter Language English is upper intermediate (written and spoken). Responsibilities: - Brokeraging of new projects, Overseeing all aspects of Shopping mall leasing management, developing a leasing plan to identify new clients and negotiate with prospective tenants to maximize income in line with the business plan and company strategy. - Ensure proper tenant mix in the property among the retailers in line with market demand and to achieve desired company objectives. - Subordinating to a Leasing Director.
