Sending email messages using Clubrunner >> Open your Internet Browser (Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox etc) >> enter the website address www.rchp.org in the browser address bar and press ENTER.

The Rotary Club of Hyde Park Website will be displayed.

>> Click on Login. The Login page will be displayed: >> Enter your User Name and password and click Sign-in:

After login the Admin Page will be displayed (pressing Home Page in the top right will take you back to the home page of the website):

>> But we want to send and email so using the scroll bars, arrow keys or space bar scroll the page until you see Email Message Center. In my options it appears on the left hand column about half way down the page. The click on Email Message Center link:

The Email Message Center will start by showing all the emails that you have sent (and not deleted). To compose a new email Click on "Compose new message".

The following page will be displayed: It has a few steps:

Step 1: Select the recipients of this message by clicking on the group name to expand, then select from the list of people. >> Click on Active & Honorary Members to display a full membership list >> Click in the small boxes to select the recipients: Step 2: Enter your email subject and message: >> Enter the subject and text of your message.

Step 3 (Optional): Upload attachments to your email. If you can do this then you don't need this tutorial.

Step 4: Choose your email options and send.

>> Click on Send or one of the other options (a good idea, especially for newbies is to send a Test Email first. You will see the following message appear: Click Return as you don't have many other choices.

To Logout, Return to the Admin Page or the Home Page: >> Click on one of the links at the top right of the Email Message Center Page

In this brief lesson you've learned how to login to Clubrunner, view the Admin Page, Select the Email Message Center, select recipients for your email, enter your message and send it. You've also learnt how to logout of Clubrunner or return to the homepage. Have fun - it is difficult with your level of access to do too much damage.
