We will consider impediments that organisations face when implementing goals and how a sensible project management system can overcome these.

• Design a plan to effectively engage with key stakeholders in implementing strategy.

• Describe and assign executive, managerial, and associate level roles and responsibilities in a project management process.

• Apply a portfolio management system to identify, justify, select, prioritize, resource, and govern projects to implement organizational strategy.

• Categorize and evaluate sponsorship duties in organization.

• Demonstrate distinction in leading project manager direct reports vs. other direct reports.

• Create and lead a project office to standardize and improve project performance.

• Organize effective selection, onboarding, performance, development, reward and succession of project managers, sponsors, and team members.
