E Evaluation
I organised an end of year performance to showcase the achievements of members of Stage Society throughout the academic year.
I had to consider room bookings, ticket prices and running order of the show. As well as this I had to publicise the event to break even.
This had a successful outcome as 100 people attended the event and we covered our costs.

I organised an end of year performance to showcase the achievements of members of Stage Society throughout the academic year.
I delegated tasks to relevant committee members to create routines for the performance. I formulated a thorough marketing strategy to publicise the event across campus and continually evaluated this to be able to adapt my strategy.I researched similar events at other universities to determine what was feasible and forecasted the costs of the event to be able to chose a pricing strategy accordingly.
As a result, I was able to host a successful event, exceeding attendance from previous year by 80% and showcase the achievements of my members. Furthermore, as I conducted recruitment of new members at the event, this led to an increase in membership the following year.
