Let’s recap the fallacies… what logical fallacy is this? Why?
False Dilemma:
It limits the possible choices to avoid consideration of another choice.
What logical fallacy is this? Why?
Traditional Wisdom:
Leads you to believe the way things used to be was better than the way it is now.

Scare Tactic:
Creates fear in people to support a claim

Bandwagon:
Creates an impression that everybody is doing it & so should you.

Appeal to Emotions:
Manipulates people’s emotions (*e.g. sadness, affection, guilt,sympathy, anger, relief, etc.) so that they are persuaded to do,believe, or buy something.

Hasty Generalization:
This fallacy is committed when a person draws a conclusion abouta population based on a sample that is not large enough.

An ethical advertisement is one based upon the truth & does not try to mislead people. The message that it provides is real and achievable.

A rationale explains the details of your advertisement. It analyses the product, target audience, fallacy, slogan etc.

Make sure that all work is completed ON TIME!

Remember, this project is worth 5% of your total grade this semester!

Rationale = 2%
