The UI Compensation PlanRank Advancement DetailsThe following are the qualifications needed to qualify for one of the following ranks. You are automatically qualified as Bronze distributor when you enroll as long as you maintain your $69.95 personal volume.

The UI Compensation PlanFast Start BonusesFast Start Bonuses are paid to the enrollee's sponsor and upline up to 6 Generations of Sponsorship. Fast Start Bonuses are paid on "Qualified Packs" purchased by a Distributor during the first 30 days starting from their enrollment date. Generational Fast Start bonuses are paid according to the Distributor's Qualified Rank. (See Rank Advancement Details)

The UI Compensation PlanPlease note: Generational Fast Start Bonuses are not based on "Level of Placement". In other words, regardless of the level where a new Distributor is placed, you are still eligible for applicable Fast Start Bonuses. As a Bronze Distributor, you are qualified to earn Fast Start Bonuses on your 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th Generation of Personally Sponsored Distributors.

Generation Definition: Any Personally Sponsored Distributors is defined as one of your 1st Generation Distributors. Anyone who is Personally Sponsored by one of your 1st Generation Distributors is your 2nd Generation Distributor. Anyone Personally Sponsored by one of your 2nd Generation Distributors is your 3rd Generation Distributor and so on and so on. Think of Generations as if they were your family, i.e. Parent, Child, Grandchild, Great Grandchild, etc...

For example: As a Bronze Distributor, if you Sponsor Joe, Joe is your 1st Generation and you would be paid a $15.00 Fast Start Bonus when Joe purchases a "Qualified Pack." If Joe sponsors Sam, Joe would be paid a $15.00 Fast Start Bonus on Sam's "Qualified Pack" purchase, and because Sam is your 2nd Generation Distributor, you would be paid a $5.00 Fast Bonus; this idea continues for up to 6 Generations.

The tables below only illustrate examples of potential Fast Start Bonuses by Distributor Ranking.The tables below assume that at some point every Distributor will sponsor at least 3 people. (This will probably not happen) Please remember that Fast Start Bonuses are paid on the "First" Pack purchased by a new Distributor. Fast Start Bonuses are designed to create "weekly" income. If you never sponsor anyone, you can't earn Fast Start Bonuses.

On top of the all of the potential matrix commissions and fast start bonuses you can earn, you will also have the ability to match a percentage of the matrix commissions of everyone you personally sponsor as well as earning up to 3 additional generations of matching bonuses! Distributors will match up to 4 generations of earned matrix commissions of personally enrolled members based on your qualified rank.

A Gold distributor also qualifies for 3rd generation matching bonuses and if your 36 2nd generation personally sponsored distributors each sponsor 3 people who are earning $1000 per month you will earn a 10% matching bonus on those 108 distributors.

As a Platinum distributor you will also qualify for 2nd generation matching bonuses and if your 20 1st generation personally sponsored distributors 3 people who are earning $1500 per month you will earn a 20% matching bonus on those 60 distributors.

A Platinum distributor also qualifies for 3rd generation matching bonuses and if your 60 2nd generation personally sponsored 3 people who are earning $1000 per month you will earn a 10% matching bonus on those 180 distributors.

A Platinum distributor also qualifies for 4th generation matching bonuses and if your 180 3rd generation personally sponsored 3 people who are earning $500 per month you will earn a 5% matching bonus on those 540 distributors.

In fact, we pay out 3% of net purchase price of every single pack purchased as a profit sharing bonus! This gives you a very powerful way to share in the total company revenue and put even more money in your pocket each and every month.

The 3% is split amongst ALL qualified distributors based on how many personally sponsored people you sponsor each month. When you qualify for the 2 and 3 star pools you will also qualify for an equal share of the previous pools you qualified for.

Since less people share in the higher pools, the shares of each successive pool are higher than the previous pool.
