During my tenure as Store Supervisor at Sony, I gained a key account with the Children’s Wish Foundation. I volun-teered to complete each child’s wish for Sony merchandise with an in-home set-up and product demonstration. My relationship and proceedings with the Children’s Wish Foundation found its way to Sony headquarters. Their corporate account was with an identical charity called Make-A-Wish foundation. They appointed me to carry out the in-home set-ups and product demonstrations and trusted me to ensure satisfaction from this valuable client. Below are some thank-you cards from my visits.
