Directriz EHS-010 Movimiento de Vehículos Ferroviarios

Trabajando en vías
5.1.1 Todos los trabajos en la vía requiere un permiso al Trabajo emitido por el
operador de la vía (por ejemplo la Empresa operadora de los trenes,
Compañía de Ferrocarriles del Estado, etc.)
5.1.6 La autoprotección debe implementarse de manera sistemática a nivel local
en el lugar de trabajo y debe incluir, como mínimo,
- En las vías abiertas para el tráfico ferroviario: se debe proporcionar una
persona Vigía o un sistema de alerta automática para todos los trabajos.
- En las vías en las que el tráfico ferroviario se suspendió temporalmente:
debe colocarse una advertencia física (por ejemplo, bandera, barrera) a una
distancia apropiada del lugar de trabajo.
El número de personas Vigías/ tipo de los dispositivos del sistema de alerta
automática de las vías, el tipo de advertencias física y la distancia debe ser
determinada por la evaluación de riesgos.
Trabajo en vehículos ferroviarios
5.2.6 Las señales "No moverse" deben fijarse al extremo/s o colocadas en frente
del vehículo ferroviario, siempre que sea seguro trabajar en el vehículo
ferroviario.

Movimiento de Vehículos Ferroviarios
5.3.1 Todas las personas que conducen vehículos ferroviarios, los supervisan o
realizan el control de los movimientos de vehículos ferroviarios deben pasar
controles para garantizar la formación, experiencia y calificación.
5.3.3 La circulación de vehículos ferroviarios / trenes y peatones / vehículos debe
estar separado mediante zonas restringidas, para peatones / vehículos que
cruzan zonas y hacerse visible a través de la señalización y delimitación de
la zona o barreras cuando sea necesario.
