• Present at staffmeeting – who´s already doing it; make some kind of survey

• Gather people who have different ideas.

• A carrot is needed: in Hamburg it´s part of mandatory further education!

• Student´s reactions influence teachers.

• Create awareness + visibility of Self-Evaluation…

Further ideas

• Ready made things for teachers – helpful, but might lead to people just ´going through the motions´

• More exhibitons, like in Rovaniemi & Hamburg; with possibility of comments!

• Starting with dartboard – inner/ outer circle?• Have teacher´s discuss evaluation with students

- how they approach questionaires etc.

• Vision for school – created by staff (& students?) The process of creating this is a form of SE

• What is good teaching – discuss in a group!

Necessary questions

• Does the school really want to change, become more democratic, for example staff groups leading meetings (Verslo)?

• Head needs to be in favour and on board!

• Evaluating staff-meetings – too many/ too few; different types of groups meeting (Rzeszow)
