First Day in Kochi 🌺 on 15/4/2019 our journey of

First day at Naval Base 15/4/2019

🌺 We were not allowed to take photos there .🌺 Our first visit was to Diving school . 🌺 Our second visit was to INS Sunayna at Cochin shipyard .🍁We took a whole look of the ship.🌺 Our third visit was to CELABS .

Second day 16/4/2019 🌺 We again went to Naval Base .

🌺We visited INS Garuda (Air

crafts, choppers )

🌺INS Garuda operates 6 types of

aircraft .

🌺 Naval officers explained us about the Aircraft carrier's 🍁 INS Vikramaditya🍁 INS Vikrant 🌺 Later we visited “Department of Flight and Safety” . 🍁Where we saw pictures of aircrafts of different countries.

🌺 We went to see Indianaircraft , like :-🍁 Seahawk ( 1968-1970)

🍁Vampire (1958-1961)

🍁Kiran (1970-1975)

🌺 Indian Navy is honoured with

different awards.

🌺 We went to “Surface Observatory”

🍁 There we saw different devices like:-

🌸Self recording rain guage

🌸Cup counter anemometer

🌸 Sunshine recorder

🌸Ordinary rain guage ,etc.

🌺 We visited to Navy Ship Repair Yard (NSRY)🍁 There we went to Welding shop and saw different ways of welding .

🍁 They shown us different types of machine .

🍁 Taught different ways to repair ships at

shores.

Third day 17/4/2019🌺 A visit to “Indian Naval Maritime Museum”.

🍁 We saw a documentary film about Navy

history.

🍁 Indian Navy is the 5th largest Maritime Force

Of World .

🍁 We explore more about Indian Navy .

Fourth day 18/4/2019 🌺 We went to “Navigation Direction school” (ND school) of 1952 .

🍁 Teaches different subjects like :-

👉 Electronic Navigation Aids

👉Astro Navigation , etc.

🌺We went to seamanship

👉 Here cadet's gets the training of how to

pass the goods from one ship to another .

👉 Hull maintenance training .

👉 Shifting of goods .

👉 We went to Fire Fighting School and Damage control school

👉 We went to “Educational

Department of Navy”.

Last day 19/4/2019 👉 Last day was scheduled for refreshment of students .

👉 Went to Asia’s biggest shopping mall

“Lulu Mall” .

👉At last in the evening we went for

boating .
