See it.The learner watches the video as an individual or with a group.

Do it.The learner does the quiz simulation. A mentor takes the learner to the

barn with the graphical SOP to do the task together.

Teach it.The learner completes the in-barn verification with the company’s

designated verifier and marks it as complete.

This is the learner’s first opportunity to teach the information back to you. Let them know that you are the stu-dent to teach you what they learned in the lesson as if you are a new employee.

1Watch for variation in SOPs and take the time to proactively correct while complimenting them on what they have learned and what they do well when they demonstrate the task for you.

2Make sure they know that a part of being verified means that the company is asking them to be a mentor for this task. They will be teaching by their actions every day. Ask them to own it and live it as a part of being verified.

3

Three tips to provide a good in-barn verification experience.

Praise for:

“The creativity, knowledge and attention to detail creates a model for other companies in the same field to mold themselves after.”

- Pork Avenue Customer

“[The training] puts people at ease from a safety standpoint, and I have encountered much less worry and apprehension from our barn

techs than I anticipated.”

- Producer

“As with any SOP, it can be a living breathing document that might need to evolve and be changed over time. AgCreate has been incredibly

thorough in the process, providing quotes, flawless development and timely completion of work. We are very happy for the service they

provide and the quality they project is not just an action; it is a habit.”
