Mr.Vinod Sharma (Managing Director)

A pioneer in the field of security have a vast experience of many years.

He launched his own Security Service Company in 1988 &

extended his wings by motive of sky is the limit. He has also diversified

into Real Estate, Hotels and Leasing Business. He has with his vision,

dexterity, ingrained business acumen and professionalism, managed and

developed the security to the top level.The company today has a

national presence with 11 branches all over India with a guard

forceofover6000 personnel.

Smt.Santosh Sharma (Director)

A renowned social worker involved with number of NGO's working towards the enlivenment of women

from tribal and economically weaker section of society. Have started independent business centers where

after training, jobs are given to make them self sufficient. She is the guiding force behind our organization in

making welfare schemes for the benefit of our security staff and operating a number of ambulance for

emergency services in the town of Raipur.

Mr. Ashok.K.Niasi (Executive Director)

A management graduate with professional experience spread across admin/material management/business

development/client servicing domain in industries such as textile, FMCG, steel and service industry. During

which he was instrumental in establishing business network and developing training programmes for

specified category of manpower. He has organized management development programmes for senior

management in various reputed organizations.

Lt.Col.IM Malhotra (General Manager)

A graduate from IMA Dehradun, served the army for 31 years.After retirement has worked in large Industrial

Houses as Chief Security Manager, He is well conversant in all security aspects including security survey, fire-

fighting etc;

Col Siddhartha Bose

An Officer from the Combat Arm of Indian Army.Three & a half decades in Army besides four years in National

Defence Academy and Indian Military Academy. Long innings in Insurgent areas and tenure with National

Security Guard, the premier security set-up in India. Successfully completed security course with Military

Intelligence and Security College and also done Industrial Security Course under the aegis of DGR.

Handled VIP Security at National & International level. Had long association with Homeland Security of US

Homeland Security Strategies GB regarding high level security system. Expert in security audit and analysis.

Lately have been coordinating with 18 Stand AloneTrainingVenues of CommonWealth Games where Security is

of utmost priority.

RECRUITMENT TOUCHSTONE

The guards are recruited keeping in mind their personality and profile as desired by the client. Our essential

recruitment touchstone is-

The security personnel will be well built individual, well educated with a robust & commanding personality, tactful

and at the same time firm &courageous.

We employ Ex-Defence Serviceman, Ex-police & Para-Military persons by preference. Our guards would be at

least 10th std. Pass, above 21 years age &above 5.6"tall.

They must be physically robust & mentally fit. They must be able to read & write Hindi and English language &

should have good IQ.

The profiles of all prospective candidates are subjected to police verification mandatorily.

We arrange recruitment camps in different parts of India with permission of Police & Administrative authority of

that region to select candidates who possess above mentioned qualities.

TRAINING

We are fully alive to the necessity of training at all levels to ensure quality of service and client satisfaction.We

believe in optimum attention being paid to selection and training processes.

SSS carries out training at basic refresher and specialized levels. New entrants are put through basic training

schedules and are then imparted on job training for some days before being put on regular duty.The senior staffs

are put on periodic refresher courses and specific level courses.Apart from imparting basic training program, we

HANDLING THREAT OF OTHER TRAINING BOMB & EXPLOSIVE We provide special training to our security personnel to take precautionary steps in case of threat of bomb/ explosives, reduce the damage as far as possible, obtain assistance from government agencies concerned, lead the organization's employees to safety (crowd control), assist the police bomb disposal squad in their investigation of the threat and/or explosion.

SUPERVISORY TRAINING PRE JOB TRAINING REFRESHER TRAINING Besides basic and specialized training, we also provide other training modules like supervisory training, pre-job training and refresher training for our security personnel.We provide supervisory training to those security personnel found capable of supervisory duties.

This training module covers supervision, leadership, human relationship management, substance abuse detection and counseling, mentoring, psychological aspects of leadership, emergency response, etc. According to each client's requirements, all our security personnel are given appropriate pre-job orientation & training.This training is based on the client's specifications, job complexity and level of responsibility.We give mandatory refresher training to all our security personnel twice a year. More frequent training is provided as per the client's needs and the performance of each specific individual.We strive to offer best uniformed security guards, armed guards, lady guards/searchers and other security staff as required at various levels

Real difficulties can be overcome; it is only the imaginary ones that are unconquerable.

SUPERVISION NORMS & SYSTEM We have highly trained and organized network of operational staff and SSS has developed a mechanism to respond rapidly and manage our assignments efficiently. Our security guards would be directly responsible to staffs to accomplish the task assigned by the client on 24X7 basis, We have control rooms manned on24X7 basis with telephone lines and radio communication systems attended by English speaking controllers round the clock. It will be our responsibility to supervise the staff round the clock, and all your complaints/problems will be promptly attended to by our company senior officers..

We conduct regular patrolling of our client locations and periodical checks of our staff. Due to our rotation policy, the staff is subject to transfer once in six months since we do not encourage our security personnel to be familiar with the clients employees or local people.

CONTINGENCY PLAN As we place highest priority for the efficient running of the day to day operations, we always make it our policy to back it up with superb contingency plan as mentioned below;

On a group of six static guards we always keep one reliever extra to handle emergency situations, At the barrack we employ extra 5 persons as a buffer in addition to the required staff, To handle extraordinary situation due to shortage of manpower we can arrange 50 staffs from our training

centre in a short notice of 3 working days; In case of any casualty, guards, at a particular point, are trained to work for extra 4 hrs. to back up the ailing/absent

guard dueto any miss-happening,

We strictly follow the rule of Systematic Leave Arrangement to ensure efficient man power planning at various security points.

DEVIATION PENALTY Uncertainties can never be foreseen in a general working environment. However, we have to be fully prepared for any unforeseen mishaps & casualties. In case if it is found that any mishap or casualties occurred due to the negligence of our security personnel, it is our policy to form a joint committee which has the power to decide the penalty.

PAYMENT CLAUSE Our rates are based on minimum wages as fixed by the government Rates are based on the scope of work and services offered. However in case of increase or change in scope of

work the rates will be revised The monthly billing cycle will be from 1st of the month to the 30th of the month. The invoice will be submitted

on the 2nd of the month and should be paid before the 10th of the following month . All wages & allied benefits to our staff are payable by us and management does not have to incur any other

charges besides the fixed monthly fees.

The contractor will levy interest of 2 % per month on payments overdue. Our rates shall be firm for one calendar year after which the period can be extended on the same terms and

conditions but with revised rates as agreed mutually.

Ambulance Service Our vision is of a world in which people do not die prematurely in want of medical aid. Road mishaps

are the biggest problem in our country.We intend to take on the accident cases to be shifted to Hospitals under complete care.

We are achieving this through pioneering patient care and movement activity and ensuring quality care

and support for everyone. The hope and faith was fulfilled by a small step to launch Ambulance Cars.The finances were raised by

personal donation by the Managing Director of the Company which gave a new lease of life to many needy persons.

The movement has never looked back since then. A fleet of ambulances has been put on road to cover the entire city of Raipur. Philanthropists and dignitaries belonging to various business houses and communities have been requested to strengthen it.Till date, the movement has transshipped over 1,000 patients to various Medical Institutions from the accident site and some critically ill patients. In the near future, we intend to extend financial help for other major surgeries.

The Movement helps and will continue to help deserving cases to be shifted to nearest Hospital as well as other major surgeries.The venture is a purely charitable service to Mankind.
