Professional Security Officer (PSO)

Security Alliance provides trained, licensed, unarmed and

uniformed Professional Security Officers fully equipped to perform

the requirements identified in the scope of services and the PostOrders (which will be developed). These Officers will: Be fully

screened to include previous employment, criminal records

check, credit history, references, and driving record verification.

Verifications cover, at a minimum, the last ten (10) years.

Literate in the English Language & Bilingual When PossibleAble to Meet & Deal with the General Public Understand & Apply Various Rules, Regulations, & OrdersAble to Maintain Poise & Self-Control Under Duress Possess Current State-Required Licenses Successfully undergo Site-Specific Post Orders Training

Professional Security Officers are equipped with two-way

communication devices. During the evening and midnight

shifts, Supervisors conduct safety checks at random intervals

to ensure operational continuity and safety. If contact is not

made, a supervisor will respond to the location. Emergency and

routine communications are routed through the companys

central dispatch.

Force Protection Officer (FPO)

Officers selected to work as Force Protection Officers would

generally work on our government contracts. The Force

Protection Officer patrols and protects state and federalproperty, personnel and essential military operational

resources. FPOs may work posts that require the use of a

handgun and personal protection weapons to maintain order

and discipline. Selection criteria require candidates to possess

verifiable experience in military, law enforcement or security.

Passing a comprehensive training program is mandatory prior

to be considered for assignment.

Special Response Officer (SRO)

Due to the increased threat of terrorism in our country and in

keeping with the highest standards of the security industry,

Security Alliance has implemented a recruiting process designed

to recruit qualified Security Officers who can become skilled frontline

emergency responders, which are trained to effectively handle

emergency contingencies. This elite group of Security Officers must have prior experience in

military and/or law enforcement. They must pass a strict 40-hour

Special Response Officer (SRO) course at our training academy and

are required to be licensed with the state of Florida and pass a 24

hour advanced training in weapons handling and deadly force. Industries such as airports, hospitals, shopping centers,

professional buildings, and gated communities could benefit fromthese highly training and skilled officers. SROs are trained to react

to any emergency crisis with full competence in their ability to

adequately handle or reduce any potential threat. Training consist of:

Mobile Patrol Division

Marine Patrol Units

Security Alliance's Mobile Patrol Division provides security

services on all navigable waterways, as well as support for Searchand Rescue activities. The unit's number one goal is the

prevention of crime. From canals and waterways, our officers are

able to monitor waterside properties from unique observation

points that compliment our land-based patrol services.

Vehicular/Bike Patrol Units

The purpose of the Vehicular/Bike Patrol is primarily crime

prevention. Mobile units provide quick response and instant

backup to officers on static posts. Road Supervisors will

conduct site inspections as required. Our Vehicular Patrols are

available 24 hours, 7 days a week. The high-visibility character of

our mobile patrols serves as a deterrent to criminal activity. Each

unit is equipped with emergency lighting two-way radios, and

first aid kits.

Preferred Protection Division

Executive Protection

Executive Protection addresses a variety of threats which includes

physical assault, kidnapping, assassination attempt and threats

involving explosive devices. This training provides security against

these and other threats against a company, an official or family

member. It's purpose is to provide these entities with professional

training which emphasizes awareness and sets procedures that

will minimize the threat risk and provide a greater sense of security

and safety. Each comprehensive Security Awareness Program is

designed to accommodate the individual needs of executives,

family members and other assets while at home, work or on travel

status. This program is available for individuals and family

members that serve in an executive or leadership capacity, and is

specifically tailored towards assets that are at risk or vulnerable to

implicit threats.

Executive and corporate security training and their implementation

procedures are key factors in securing principles and assets within

the U.S. and abroad, specifically when it pertains to conducting

business in an unstable political environment, through foreign

entry-points (customs) and while traveling in high-threat regions.

VIP Protection

The VIP Protection package provides and sustains a safe and

secure environment in which principals and members of their family

are shielded from external threats. Threats may vary from terrorist

threats to unwarranted media or public attention. This protection

enables principals to conduct business and personal engagementswithout disruption or intrusion into their daily activities.

Included is a Special Reactionary Force, which offers either Static

Protection for the home or office during high-level risk period that

may include possible terrorist threats or to extract a principal and/or

family member from an at-risk area and deliver them without

incident to a safe location. The Special Reactionary Force is

available 24/7 and can be quickly activated as needed.

Since 9/11, the international maritime community has been

increasing the attention and emphasis placed on the

vulnerabilities of ships and port facilities. Heightened security isperceived as vital to sustain the critical flow of commerce and

Security Alliance is a Florida licensed training facility specializing in

a comprehensive security training program. All materials and

curriculum were developed by qualified and skilled instructors, with

many years of hands-on security experience and complies with strict

industry standards.

Entry-level classes are designed for individuals without security

experience and is focused on providing a solid foundation that will

be essential in the field. Training manuals are provided and contain

pertinent and practical security information which students can
