imageWARE Secure Audit Manager Express helps deter ill-intentioned workers from leaking important and valuable information sent to Canon imageRUNNER® and imageRUNNER ADVANCE systems. In the event that such leakage does occur, crucial information, such as who, what, when, and where this event occurred, can be quickly retrieved.

imageWARE Secure Audit Manager Express captures job attribute information such as time, date, user, destination, and text data. After this information is captured, it’s stored and can be readily searched using either a full text search or attribute search. With this solution, companies and organizations can reduce risks and liabilities associated with the leakage of important and confi dential information.

Centralized management. The imageWARE Secure Audit

Manager Express centralized Web Management Console

makes the solution easy and cost-effi cient to operate. From

one central location, system-wide changes can be applied.

Optical Character Recognition (OCR). All recorded jobs can be processed by OCR in combinations of English and French, German, Spanish, Italian, or Japanese. Auditors can perform the full text search and see OCR text of each recorded job.

Scheduling for bandwidth usage management. Have control

over the time of day that information is transferred. Two types

of scheduling features are as follows:

• Periodic Send: Send data at assigned intervals of time

throughout the day.

• Scheduled Send: Schedule the time of day that data is sent.

For example, you can confi gure imageWARE Secure Audit

Manager Express to send data after business hours or in any

three diff erent time periods. Each device can have its own

schedules or the same schedule can be applied to

all devices.

Job settings. Specify types of jobs to be recorded by any

combination of copy, print, send fax, receive fax, and scan/

send in three diff erent time periods for any device(s).

Support of division management. The Administrator can

set the system setting of the corresponding sites only, using

System Manager. Diff erent monitoring settings can be set

for diff erent groups of devices and monitored key words.
