Introduction
TheHospitality sectorconsists of broad category of fieldswithin the service industry that includes lodging,
restaurants, event planning, theme parks, cruise line, andadditional fields within the tourism industry. A hospitality
unit such as a restaurant, hotel, or even an amusement
park consists of multiple groups such as facility
maintenance, direct operations (housekeepers, kitchen
works, bartenders, etc.), management, marketing, andhuman resources.
Sector also include accommodation, food and beverage,
