ROOM 8 WEEKLY ANNOUNCEMENTS: Week of December 2, 2019 Field trip form came home today for our field trip to Sunrise Villa-Culver City where we will sing carols with our 5 th grade buddies. Out trip is scheduled for Monday, Dec. 16 th , from 9AM- 11:30AM. Kindly fill out and return field trip from in your child’s folder. We have been given some tickets from UCLA to a Women’s Basketball game against Oregon on Mon., Feb. 17 th , at 6PM. Kindly email me at [email protected] if you would like 3 tickets. First 8 families who email me will receive the tickets in their child’s folder. Scholastic December Book Order – Order forms came home today. Orders are due online by 7PM this Thursday, Dec 5 th . Visit https://clubs.scholastic.co m/ and use our class code FPMFW to register as a parent to order books. Just a reminder that School Experience Survey is due this Friday, Dec. 6 th . We are hoping for 100% school participation. You may fill out the form online by going to https://achieve.lausd.net/P age/8397 or you could also return the form in the sealed envelope provided in your child’s folder.
