How to Reach Meeting Point

Bandung AirportBandung Raya Train Station

Direction to ITB :Take an airport taxi and simply tell the driver to take you to ITB. You can also rent an angkot but you should take a walk and go out of the airport area (might take a while)

Price range :- Taxi : 50 K-70 K per taxi - Angkot : 50 K-70 K per angkot

Direction to ITB :Go out of the station and take a green angkot with “kalapa – dago” sign written on it and tell the driver to take you to ITB. He will stop in front of Santo Borromeus Hospital and then you should turn left and take a walk along Jalan Ganeca and you will find ITB

Price range :- Angkot : 50 K per angkot

Gerbang Toll Pasteur

Direction to ITB :If you are taking this path, I’m pretty sure you are from Jakarta or West Java area. And you must have known exactly where Jalan Dago is. Go along Jalan Dago until you find Santo Borromeus Hospital then turn left and go along Jalan Ganeca and you will find ITB’s front gate in no time.

I really am not familiar with Bandung and I have no idea how to get venue at all. What help would the CC’s offer?

Can I pay on the spot?No, we suggest you to pay delegates fee before the deadline which means before the day

Can I go out somewhere during the conference?You should have a written permission with CCVP Delegates Service’s signature on it. Unless it’s lunch or dinner break.

If I come late, will the CC’s pick me up?We will be in meeting point by 8 and will wait for you guys until 9 am and we will go immediately to the venue. Other than that, we will only give you direction on how to get to the venue.
