NAME OF THE SEAM: SUPER IMPOSED SEAM
Introduction : Super-Imposed seam is the commonest construction seam on garments. The simplest seam type within the class is formed by superimposing the edge of one piece of material on another. A variety of stitch types can be used on this type of seam.

First work: Took two pieces of fabric both are same in size. Second work: Laving 1cm from end & stitch along straight to them.
Uses: Both of fabrics joining the fabrics and for neatening the edge of for achieving both simultaneously.
NAME OF THE SEAM: Lapped seam
Introduction: The simplest seam type in this class is formed by lapping two pieces of fabrics.

Working Processes:
First work: Take 2 pieces fabrics.Second work: Take the fabrics (a) keep the fabric (a) on the top of (b) then 1cm seam allowance and stitch a striate line.
Uses: Where it is used commonly used is in the joining of panel in sails where a strong seam is achieved by using two of three rows.
NAME OF THE SEAM: Lap felled
Introduction: Much more common on long seams on garments such as jeans and shirts is the so- called lap-felled seam.

NAME OF THE SEAM: BOUND SEAM
Introduction: A folding device turns of the edge under and warps the strip over the edge of the main fabric. Bias cut strip would normally be used, unless the fabric had an element of stretch.

Introduction: The neck seams of the facings and interfacings are sewn separately. The neck line seam allowance will extend all around. Stitch the interfacing into place.

Introduction : It is one kind of pocket. It is look like an English letter U in this cases it is called U shaped pocket.

Introduction: There are many types of pocket, it is one of them. It is a very used seam.
