Seating to Go WarrantyOffices to Go warrants its products to be free from defects inmaterial and workmanship subject to the limitations below. Thiswarranty is made by Offices to Go only to original end user customersacquiring the product directly from authorized Offices to Go dealers.The customer’s sole remedy under this warranty is limited to repair orreplacement at Offices to Go’s option. Consent from Offices to Gomust be obtained before any warranty work is performed. Thiswarranty shall not apply to any products which must be replaced dueto normal wear and tear, negligence, abuse or “accident”, shippingdamage or product use other than in accordance with writteninstructions or warnings. It will also not apply when product has beenmodified or altered, repaired or refurbished by someone other thanOffices to Go. This warranty does not cover the cost of transportationor labor. Offices to Go can make no warranty that any of its productsare suitable for any particular purpose and can make no otherwarranties, expressed or implied. In no event shall Offices to Go beliable in either tort or contract for any loss or direct, special,incidental, consequential or exemplary damages.

This warranty is not valid if the products are used for rentalpurposes.

Under this warranty, claims must be made within the followingperiods from the original date of purchase: (a) non-moving parts arewarranted for five years; (b) gas cylinders, mechanisms and othermoving parts are warranted for two years; and (c) upholsterymaterials and foam are warranted for two years.

Warranty is based on an eight hour, single shift work day for usersweighing up to 250 pounds.

Offices To Go model OTG11668B provides a high degree ofcomfort and adjustability. The seat is manufactured with resilienthigh density foam padding that allows the user to remaincomfortable throughout the work day. The mesh back allows air tofreely move through it enhancing the comfort as well. There is anadjustable lumbar support that moves in and out as well as up anddown. The chair also adjusts for different size users through thepneumatic seat height adjustment and the seat slider which allowsthe seat to be moved forward or rearward to achieve the perfectamount of support for shorter or taller people.

The chair arms are also fully adjustable. A button on the side ofeach arm allows the arms to move up and down. The arm caps

rotate inward and can also slide forward, helping to provide greatsupport when keyboarding. The arms are even width adjustable,meaning that with the OTG11668B a user can position the arms andarmrests exactly where they will provide the greatest comfort andsupport. All of these features allow the chair to be truly customizedto the size and preferences of the user.

All OTG models, including this one, are tested in advance ofcoming to market, and also tested during and after production, tomake sure that they meet applicable industry standards, such asANSI-BIFMA. We want to make sure the purchaser is happy withOTG seating now and in the future. As a result, OTG chairs aregreat investments both now and over their lifetime.

The Armcaps slide forward andrearward. This feature allows thearm caps to be optimally located.They are constructed from a softpolyurethane material whichprovides comfort AND durability.These special arm caps also meanthat there is less chance of impactdamage to surrounding surfaces.

Height Adjustable Arms allowthe user to position the arm capsexactly where they need to be.Each of us has a different lengthupper arm, and this feature allowsthe user to customize the supportso that the chair arm supports theforearm right where it is neededmost. The arm height is easilychanged through the use of abutton under the outside edge ofthe arm cap.

The chair arms will swivel to theleft and right to face toward akeyboard or mouse. Manyrepetitive strain injuries (RSI’s) arecaused by bending one’s wrists atodd angles. Rotating the arm capsso they aim where needed mayhelp to reduce RSI’s. Simply rotatethe arm caps to the desired positions.

The chair arms are alsoadjustable for width. Each armcan be slid in or out by 1.5". Thisfeature allows the arm rests to bepositioned exactly where the userwants them. So it doesn't matterwhether or not a user is short ortall, large or small. The arms canbe moved to the right position toaccommodate multiple size users.Simply move the lever forward torelease movement of the slidingarm.

The Built-in Lumbar support can be adjusted up and down.Its sliding action allows the user to position the lumbar support atthe most comfortable and supportive position. Simply grip theadjustment tabs and move the support to the optimal location.

The Built-in Lumbar support is also adjustable in and out.This feature allows the user to "dial in" the exact amount ofsupport desired. The amount of support is easy to adjust andchange if desired. Simply grip the control arms and slide themforward to the desired position that is right for you.
