Christmas Grace provides Christmas gifts to families in need by pairing them with groups that adopt them and purchase gifts for the family. Families that are not placed with an
adopter are put on our Christmas Store list so that parents may come in and pick out toys for
each child.

Each year over 500 individuals provide in excess of 18,000 volunteer hours living out the
Biblical mandate in Matthew 25 by serving our neighbors

How You Can Help:
Donate gently worn prom dresses, shoes and accessories
Make a monetary contribution to help fix zippers or get dresses dry cleaned
Make a monetary contribution to help purchase new school cloth-ing for a child in need
Volunteer for Clothes 4 Kids in June to help during sizing appointments
Volunteer to distribute new school clothes for Clothes 4 Kids in July
Host brand new Sock, Tennis Shoe or Underwear Drives anytime
Adopt a family to purchase gifts for during Christmas Grace
Host a Toy Drive to donate brand new toys to our Christmas Store
Clothing Closet Extension 107
The Clothing Closet offers new and gently used clothing and household goods free to
those who are in need. Those needing emer-gency assistance will need a referral and may come in Tuesday or Thursday mornings or by
appointment. The Clothing Closet store is open to the public to shop Monday through
Friday from 12:30-3pm.

Clothes 4 Kids provides two new school uniforms, underwear, sock, and shoes to
hundreds of kids each summer so that they can start the school year looking and feeling
confident and accepted.
The Prom Dress Event provides gently worn prom dresses and accessories
to young ladies who otherwise would be unable to take part in this special event in a
young lady’s life.

Eye Clinic Extension 200
The Eye Clinic provides two programs to assist with vision care and eye-glasses: PROGRAM 1: Free Eye Exam By appointment
(Oklahoma County residents only) Appointments made until the available appointments are filled for the month. School children are screened by their school nurse and scheduled an appointment by the school. Students with SoonerCare are eligible for an exam each year through that agency.
PROGRAM 2: Glasses Ordering/Repair
(no residency requirements) Ordering glasses: Wednesday 8:30-10:00am (no appointment necessary) Repairs: Any Wednesday 9:00-10:00am (no appointment necessary)
Repairs & reading glasses are free. Cost of eye-glasses single lens $35. Cost of bifocals $55.
How You Can Help:
Help recruit new doctors for the Eye Clinic
Volunteer to be an Eye Clinic receptionist
Donate reading glasses & eyeglass cases
Donate funds for those not able to pay the $35 lens fee or bus passes, $4 each, to get to and from eye care appointments
Food Resource Center Extension 116
Over 650,000 Oklahoman's wonder where their next meal is coming from and 1 out of 5 children go to bed hungry . Through our partnership with the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma, Skyline is able to provide two-weeks worth of food for 25,000 families each year. Operating as a "client choice pantry" where clients can select foods, based on their family size, food preferences, and dietary needs, Skyline serves as a "model choice pantry." As a proud Partner Agency of the United Way, Skyline is better able to serve Oklahomans in the fight against hunger.
How you can help:
Donate food and encourage your church to support the Food Resource Center
Volunteer to help with shopping or data entry
Be a volunteer intake receptionist
Help stock food on shelves
Prime Timers Extension 106
Prime Timers is a place where seniors age 55+ meet for fellowship, food, and devotions Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Volun-teer groups from churches and organizations bring meals to serve lunch. Throughout each of Skyline’s programs, dignity is our key value. Skyline treats each client with a sense of dignity and promotes the client’s self-worth. Each client receives face-to-face, one-on-one interaction with our staff members and with volunteers.
How You Can Help:
Collect and donate Bingo prizes such as knick-knacks, canned food, paper towels
Together with your SS class or other small group, schedule a time M, W, or F to prepare and serve lunch to our seniors
Suggest a speaker or offer to talk on a subject of interest to seniors.
