We thoroughly investigate teams per company and identify all target team members. We obtain the full picture of each target organization and full pool of relevant professionals within.

Research & mapping results are presented in Excel spreadsheets and/or Org Charts. We list team structure information + candidates’ info: full name; job title; location; reporting lines; brief description of function; contact information (company's switchboard number; DL or email when available); Linkedin profile.  

By getting the full team, we identify much more than active candidates visible on internet or databases. We conduct fresh mapping for each search and, therefore, guarantee updated and accurate information in each search assignment.

From Research & Mapping outcomes, we select the best candidates to contact. We phone screen them, get their CVs and profiles and salary information. We then share all the information with the client. We facilitate client-candidate relationship throughout the process.

DELIVERABLESExcel report catagorizing target candidates by status. On profile CVs and profiles.

We get the complete pool of on-profile candidates in the target market vs database / active candidates. We conduct the intital time consuming screening and clients use their expertise and internal resources to conduct in depth interviews only with the on-profile + interested candidates. We put foward the full universe of candidates vs."the 3 usual shortlist". At the end of the process, clients end up with mapping and benchmarking info + a number of CVs and candidates to be contacted for current or future needs.

INTELLIGENCEWe articulate names and data to gain knowledge on the market. We get key information: headcount, business size, points of contact, commercial strategies, current and future projects, active and emerging markets, geographic presence, case studies, partners, alliances and orhers.

Presentations including orgcharts, gathered information and biographies.

We combine Research & Mapping + Sourcing tools to obtain a unique image of the market. This leverages our partners strategic and competitive advantage over their competitors. It´s a key turning tool for pipelining, benchmarking and restructuring purposes.

COMMUNICATION DELIVERY

Before the search process begins, we undertake a comprehensive client consultation that will have all the fundamental requirements. A thorough brief serves as a the backbone of the project and ensures a cost effective and seamless process with no mismatches between what clients request and what they get.

All project information is available at anytime in the form of reviews, updates and/or progess reports. These also serve as relevance check-ups of project targets and outcomes. Finally, we send a closing document which shows the project results, findings and all gathered information.

We respect timeframes and delivery dates as agreed. Should timeframes or targets be affected due to project specifics, we inform the client of any potential changes, challenges and assess feasibility.

INFORMATIONWe offer fresh information obtained through desk and phone research which guarantees its accuracy. Findings are validated through different sources at different stages of the process before sent to the client.
