An easy way to begin searching NC Live is with ‘Quick Search’

If you are unsure about selecting a specific database to search, simply use the Quick Search.

Say you want information on autistic children- try searching:autism and children

The results you get will be from numerous databases in NC Live.

Many databases in NC Live are offered through EBSCO Host so the screen will look the same.Above the search box you will see ‘Searching:…’ which will always tell you what specific database you are in.

When you get a list of results you can limit to full text, and choose the publication date to get recent content, and articles that you can view in their entirety.
