The team is excited about both the quant ity and especially the quality of candidates that have been recommended. We will begin contact ing them very soon.

Our process through this phase allows for us to build strong relat ionships with each of the candidates. It is a deliberately slow process that will likely last for 10 weeks or more. We understand that the interview process likely to at t ract a great deal of curiosity. However, the Ministry Team will not be able to comment on candidates in any way. It is important that we protect the anonymity of those we are contact ing. At this point , the candidates may not even know that they have been recommended. Others may not want their current employers to know that they are considering a change. The worst possible scenario would be for a candidate to get misinformat ion from a well-meaning person who is not familiar with the process. We ask for your understanding as we strive to keep you well informed while protect ing each of our candidates. We cont inue to t rust that God is leading us to the candidate He has chosen for us.
