The Australian & New Zealand Search and Rescue Conference (SAR) Committee warmly invites your organisation to support the conference as a sponsor and/or exhibitor. The 2015 Conference will be held at Jupiters Gold Coast on the 6th May 2015.

The conference will provide an invaluable opportunity to build relationships with professionals representing the Search and Rescue industry and achieve face-to-face contact to promote your products and/or services.

THE CONFERENCE

The 2015 Australian & New Zealand Search and Rescue Conference brings together leading search and rescue practitioners to discuss challenges of preparing, deploying and operating search and rescue. The aim of the conference is to facilitate sharing, knowledge and experience between the different search and rescue agencies, enterprises, communities and professionals. Presentations will cover air, sea, land-based, urban, wilderness, domestic and overseas search and rescue.

The conference theme is, Preparing • Deploying • Operating Search and Rescue. The key focus of the conference will be better integration to more effective search and rescue operations. The program will reflect just how much the search and rescue world has evolved, tackling issues ranging from the latest requirements for airborne search and rescue assets through to the latest in innovative life-saving training and techniques.

This conference is dedicated to advancing the discussions on search and rescue and moving the community a step closer to an effective, integrated, search and rescue capability.

The Australian & New Zealand Search and Rescue Conference, in conjunction with the Australian & New Zealand Disaster and Emergency Management Conference are delighted to come together to give the industry the most significant event on the 2015 calendar. The collaboration brings together National, State and Regional delegates to explore, exchange ideas and network.

The Australian & New Zealand Disaster and Emergency Management Conference will be held at Jupiters Gold Coast from 4th – 5th May 2015. The conference will feature multi-agency presentations covering all phases of emergency and disaster management – prevention, preparedness, response and recovery. There will be representation by fire, ambulance, emergency, rescue, volunteer, defence and health sectors.

The joint conferences will offer delegates an extensive range of topics with over 100 presentations across three days including Keynotes, Concurrent Sessions, Case Studies and Posters.

Upon confirmation of sponsorship or exhibition please forward a copy of your company logo in print quality format to the conference secretariat to ensure full acknowledged and promotional of your involvement in the conference is received.

Show your support of this important event by including the conference logo on your company’s website. Please contact the conference secretariat for a copy of the conference logo.

Company Description

Recognition as a sponsor and exhibitor will be included in the conference handbook. A maximum 50 word company description should be emailed to the conference secretariat by Monday 23rd March 2015.

Advertisements

All advertisement artwork is to be supplied by the sponsor. Upon confirmation of sponsorship or advertising a media kit with advertisement specifications will be emailed. All advertisements must be emailed to the conference secretariat by Monday 23rd March 2015.

Cancellations

Cancellations of sponsorship, exhibition or advertising must be received either by mail, fax or email to the conference secretariat. A 50% cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations received in writing prior to 5pm on Monday 6th April. After this date there will be no refunds made. Non-payment does not constitute cancellation.
