Sean Kelly MEP - Cavan rally for Quinn family July 31st, 2012 Sean Kelly MEP today stated: "The rally held in Cavan on Sunday last was an expression of support by people for a local family, the Quinn family. "It is up to individuals to support who they wish. "In an interview, I was asked to give my views of the rally. I said it was not an official GAA event. I said people have the right to show their support in such a way under freedom of expression. "I did not give any opinion on court proceedings regarding the Quinn family. "The ongoing judicial proceedings against the Quinn family are a matter for the courts. It is up to the courts to decide such legal matters. I do not comment on ongoing judicial matters."
