HOT ASPHALT-LESS,

PUT-A-GREEN-ROOF-ON-IT,

PLAZA-ENABLING,

GET-AROUND-EVERYTHING,

EXTREMELY FLEXIBLE

ROOFING SOLUTION.

BENEFITS No risk of fire, odor or injury.

Increased opportunity for water on roofs. Easier maintenance than for traditional plaza roofs.

More manageable and maneuverable than heavier rolls. Made to tackle the most irregular roofs.

THERE ARE SEVERAL TYPES OF LIQUID ROOFS, BUT PMMA MEMBRANE

SYSTEMS PERFORM BETTER AT LOWER

TEMPERATURES

3. Prepare the surface

PRIOR TO APPLICATION, YOUR SURFACE MUST BE

Clean and Dry Max. 6% Substrate Moisture Content or 75% Humidity Min. Roof Bond Strength of 116 PSI (0.8 N/mm2) Min. Traffic Bond Strength of 219 PSI (1.5 N/mm2)

CONSIDER YOUR DECK TYPE

Smooth or Granule-Surfaced SBS Modified Bitumen & BUR Wood Sheathing Smooth-Surface APP Modified Bitumen Rigid-Roof Insulation Board

FACTORS FOR MIXING

Primary Influence on Resin Curing: Substrate Temperature.

Catalyst Potency: May Lose Strength with Improper Storage or Age.

Less Than 2% Catalyst: Addition Is NOT Recommended.

Catalyst Adjustment: May Be Required if Temperature Difference Between Resin, Air and Substrate Is 20 Degrees or More.

JM RECOMMENDS

JM Recommends Using a Scale to Measure Each Resin Component and Catalyst When Batch Mixing.

Thoroughly Mix the Entire Container of Resin for 2–3 Minutes Before Each Use and Prior to Pouring off Resin Into a Second Container if Batch Mixing.

Catalyze Only the Amount of Material That Can Be Used Within 10–15 Minutes.

When a scale is not available, a culinary measuring tablespoon can be used to measure the appropriate quantity of SeamFree™ PMMA Catalyst needed.

3. Priming

3. Flashings, Fittings & Seams

4. Onto the field

After the SeamFree™ PMMA Liquid Membrane has fully cured, one of multiple surfacing options can be installed:

SeamFree™ PMMA Top Coat SeamFree™ PMMA Textured Traffic Coat Aggregate
