FACTORS FOR MIXING
Primary Influence on Resin Curing: Substrate Temperature.
Catalyst Potency: May Lose Strength with Improper Storage or Age.
Less Than 2% Catalyst: Addition Is NOT Recommended.
Catalyst Adjustment: May Be Required if Temperature Difference Between Resin, Air and Substrate Is 20 Degrees or More.
JM RECOMMENDS
JM Recommends Using a Scale to Measure Each Resin Component and Catalyst When Batch Mixing.
Thoroughly Mix the Entire Container of Resin for 2–3 Minutes Before Each Use and Prior to Pouring off Resin Into a Second Container if Batch Mixing.
Catalyze Only the Amount of Material That Can Be Used Within 10–15 Minutes.
When a scale is not available, a culinary measuring tablespoon can be used to measure the appropriate quantity of SeamFree™ PMMA Catalyst needed.
After the SeamFree™ PMMA Liquid Membrane has fully cured, one of multiple surfacing options can be installed:
SeamFree™ PMMA Top Coat SeamFree™ PMMA Textured Traffic Coat Aggregate
