Founded in 2010, Seabery is a global technologic company headquartered in Spain and pioneering the development of Augmented Reality (AR) technologies applied to professional training and industry.

We have a large worldwide network of partners within the industrial, institutional and Edtech sectors that enables us to have presence in 45 countries and four continents.

Our first development is Soldamatic, the first Augmented Reality (AR) physical welding simulator worldwide, which together with an e-learning platform, based in the concept of Augmented Training, allows teaching qualified welders in a more sustainable and efficient way.

Over 300 governments, educational institutions and big industrial companies worldwide already use our AR welding simulator. Mercedes, Volkswagen, Man, Prospot, Liehberr, Abicor Binzel, Miller and John Deere, are some of our clients and allies.

We are also immersed in the development of new applications for Augmented Reality to train professionals in different fields such as automotive, robotics or healthcare.

In 2014 we were awarded as the Best Augmented Reality Solution for Enterprise at Augmented World Expo in Santa Clara (USA) and also as the Most Innovative Product for Education by Worlddidac. Bern (Switzerland).

SOLDAMATIC | Soldamatic Augmented Training us the first Augmented Reality welding simulator worldwide. In its first year on the market, 2014, 25 units were sold in Russia, South Africa, Hungary, Poland, India, Canada and USA.

We started applying AR to welding because it is very horizontal to many industrial sector (oil&gas, Infrastructure, automotive, energy, etcetera). and there is a shortage of skilled welders worldwide, from emerging economies to USA, where more than 300.000 new welders will be required till 2020.

Soldamatic AT enables training institutions, governments and welding associations to attract young people to industrial careers and

close the gap between the market demand for qualified welders and the available workforce:

- Increasing the number of students leveraging existing infrastructures (400 % more students than with traditional methodology).

- Improving the quality of the training increasing the skill level of the trainees. Only when students are efficient welders in Soldamatic they can move to the welding workshop.

- Saving welding lab time and costs. Training experiences conducted in collaboration with German GSI-SLV, Spanish Welding Association (CESOL), big industries like Volkswagen, resulted in our clients certifying 34% more

welders, in 56% less time, saving up to 68% of training costs.

- Green technology that helps reducing CO2 emissions of traditional welding programs.

- Minimizing liability risk: avoiding physical risks for students until they acquire a skill level that minimizes injures while practicing in the lab.

Soldamatic AT becomes more efficient when used in a classroom of at least 10 units. simulators are connected among them with a server and with the Teacher Software. There are already a number of Soldamatic classrooms in USA, Germany, Brazil or India among other countries.

Augmented Training is a comprehensive educational and technological solution that involves a new paradigm in the vocational, technical and industrial training of different skills, using innovative technologies, resources and methodologies based on simulation with Augmented Reality and its learning management.

One of the keys to understand the concept of Augmented Training is the Augmented Learning Management System. (see scheme above) This software includes an e-learning platform for students, a virtual classroom for teachers, a management area for centers and a content creator for teachers and publishers.
