Aim 2011 To offer a wide range of activities, courses, competitions and opportunities for our cadets to participate in, ensuring activities are delivered and conducted in a manner where risks to Cadets are as low as is reasonably practicable.

• To ensure that the new UR process works effectively, fairly and to the benefit of all Units
• To target our allocated budget and all other resources to meet our Aim
• Reduce Adult Conflict
• To get as many cadets as possible afloat this summer, whilst making full use of the new Trinity 500
