EFEX Design & Display, will not assign, transfer, or sell, In full or in part, an'y of the rights or obligations

EFEX Design & Display, will be responsible for damages caused to PROMÉXICO orto thlrd·parties, as a

result of actions attributable to EFEX Design & Display, including but not limited to: ·

1) Breach of this Terms and Conditions or the Contract Agreement.

2) lgnoring the recommendations formulated by the Organizer of the· event, or falling to c~mply in· a

timely and ~fficient manner with the rules, guidelines and regu lations established by the organizer

Neithe_r party will be responsible for any delay or lack of fulfillment th_at m ay occur as a result of fortuitous

events of force majeure, considering that, once such events have cease, the execution of the se~ices

described in !he Contract Agreement will resume if ProMéxlco expressly requíres it.
