Asian Offshore Services Sdn Bhd (AOS) are now recognized as a major Malaysian manufacturer of client specific Cabin Modules and Firewalls supplied to the Oil & Gas industry throughout the Asia Pacific Region. As an ISO9001 company, our modules are designed for the rapidly expanding use of standalone, linkable and stackable modules as a ‘fast-track’ and ‘cost-effective’ solution to previously used single lift, larger type topside modules. The design of our modules allow for them to be used on existing or new-build offshore facilities, Drilling and Marine support vessels and designed to form an integral part of the topsides or support vessels. They are designed and manufactured to either recognized Certifying Authority designs such as DNV, ABS etc., the clients own design or our own AOS designs. AOS also supports our manufacturing capability by providing offshore installation and hook-up services for our modules and again have a proven track-record with major Oil & Gas Operators throughout the Region. Typical modules we manufacture are: • Living Quarters • Control/Equipment Rooms • Multi-purpose AOS also manufactures and supplies Firewalls to the offshore Oil & Gas industry, again as a ‘fast-track’ and ‘cost-effective’ solution to clients. Asian Offshore Services specialises in the design and manufacture of client specific modular living quarters, manufactured in full compliance with relevant Certifying Authority or Company specific specifications. Our modules are designed as either ‘stand-alone’ or linkable and stackable to ensure they fully maximize the spaces available on either offshore platforms, drilling support or marine types of vessels. The modular design concept allows the client to utilise existing offshore platform cranes for installation, in preference to the leasing of ‘heavy-lift’ crane barges. This provides the client with obvious ‘cost-benefits’ and allows installations to be performed on a year-round basis. Our sleeper modules can be designed for any configuration from 2 men up to 12 men per modules with en-suite shower rooms to fully utilise floor space and comply to our clients or Certifying Authority requirements.
