Script for animatic One of the first things we did when we decided what to put into our sequence was to create a storyboard detailing the angle, shot and actions/speech of a character(s). The first to be shown is the basic shape of our company logo with the company name, this is then followed by ‘Bloody Hell’ presents....the picture that accompanies this is a knife dripping in blood. After these two segments the actual shots start to be explained. This shot is of one of the male actors crossing over a bridge, a long shot will be used. Next is Nicola talking to the male, this shot is a shot reverse shot for he conversation, the shot it’s self, however, is a high angle medium close up. The fourth shot is again a high angle, medium close up and focuses on the male talking. The next shot is the same as the previous two with only the actions being different, Nicola passes the make and then the following shot shows her talking and the male being confused by the conversation. The next shot see’ the beginning of the flash back, it contains a transition to show it’ a flashback, it is a tilted long shot that shows Nicola on a swing. An establishing shot shows the setting and a male entering the scene from behind leaving the female unaware. The next shot shows another female talking to Nicola, then another transition to the torture scene shown through a high angle. It is then cut away to Nicola’s wounds and back to the torture. A long shot shows Nicola resisting and fighting back, then the other female walking towards the male and talking. A zoom in is used on Nicola and shows the male and female running off. Another zoom in is used to show the knife lying bloody on the ground. A close up is used on Nicola’s face and shows her wounds and zooms out into s medium close up of her acting insane.

One of the first things we did when we decided what to put into our sequence was to create a storyboard detailing the angle, shot and actions/speech of a character(s).

A final transition is used on the last shot to show Nicola walking and walking, this particular shot is hand held.
