Note: Equipment Registration Online is part of the Telecoms Licensing System (TLS) application located at
https://eservice.imda.gov.sg/tls. Users can access it via most types of Internet browsers and with screen resolution of 800 x 600 pixels or more. Users should “Turn off Pop-up Blocker” to run the Java script as required by the SingPass login and ensure that the Acrobat Reader should be of version 5 or a later version

Screenshot 1.3: Select Client Record using Company Name
Notes: The authorised user shall select the “Create New Client” from the dropdown box. This step is necessary if authorised users are registering their employer or client for the first time. Homologation bodies and conformity assessment bodies shall select “Agent” under the “Represent Client As”.
By clicking on the “Declare & Continue” button, users are effectively declaring that they are the authorised representatives of the organisation.
If the suppliers/dealers’ organisation/company name does not appear in the dropdown box, the user shall complete the “HREQUEST TO INCLUDE AUTHORISED PERSON TO ACCESS TLSH” form obtainable from the TLS portal and return it to the following IDA address for processing and confirmation of client ID:
Manager (Equipment Registration) Radiocomm & Dealer Licensing Info-communications Media Development Authority 10 Pasir Panjang Road #10-01 Mapletree Business City Singapore 117438 Fax No: 6659 2503
TLS allows authorised user to add agents or other authorised users by selecting “Update Client Information” from the e-Services dropdown menu. All users including agents must use the same client ID as the one already assigned to the authorised user. The first authorised user shall make known the common client ID to other authorised users within the same organisation. This prevents duplication of records. IMDA reserves the right to return the application for registration if the client ID does not tally with the one already created in record. To add more users, the authorised user shall complete and return the “ HREQUEST TO INCLUDE AUTHORISED PERSON TO ACCESS TLSH” form to the above IMDA address.
