an "outsourcing" model with ScreenIT or "Contract-to-Hire."
IT personnel Outsourcing & Staffing
A Service Agreement is a perfect solution for companies that experience
frequent fluctuations in the need for technical resources.
Outsourcing or service agreement, ScreenIT provides technical manpower at
monthly fixed fee for the term of the contract. Once the contract has begun,
ScreenIT handles all human resource functions including payroll generation
and distribution, payroll tax deductions related and our client is responsible for
managing the activities and performance of technical resource. The consultant
is located in the customer's premises.
Outsourcing – Service Agreement
Contract-to-Hire is very similar to Outsourcing or Service Agreement with the
exception that is usually the intention of the client company to hire ScreenIT’s
consultant at any time during the life of the project.
Contract-to-Hire gives the company the ability to monitor the consultant's
performance before making a formal offer of employment. With Contract-to-
Hire, ScreenIT and the client agree on a standard monthly fixed rate for the
contract period, the date the Consultant will become a regular employee of the
company, and the placement fee payable to ScreenIT once the consultant is
actually transferred to regular employee status with the client company.
