Scottish Cases menuThe Scottish Cases menu is a new all-encompassing Scottish case law menu in addition to the existing Scottish cases menu. It combines the Scottish Civil Cases menu and the Scottish Criminal Cases menu.

Containing over 120 titles in 25 volumes and reissue binders, it covers the entire spectrum of Scots law, from Administrative Law, through Company Law, Criminal Law, Insolvency, Legal Profession, Obligations and Property, Planning Law to Wills and Succession.

It incorporates law derived from every source and, while concentrating on the specialities of Scots law, also covers law common to the whole of the United Kingdom.

Differences and similarities between Scots law and the law in other UK jurisdictions are clearly highlighted - something which is particularly important as more powers are devolved.

Its headings are built around common scenarios - and concisely written paragraphs with each point of law supported by citation of authority in the footnotes.
